    I can’t imagine a better place to stay. This hotel checks every box and exceeded all of our expectations. The room was wonderful but the staff (all of them) especially Marzio and Alessiol are absolutely amazing. From restaurant recommendations to booking bus and train tickets, navigating through every little detail needed to make our stay once in a lifetime event. They found us a private golf cart driver (Matteo) that took us to places no car or bus could get to. Filling us in on so many historic details we would have otherwise missed. No other way to see the “real” or hidden Rome. This hotel and its staff make us long to come back already. (Good thing we threw our coins in the Trevi Fountain) The bartender was world class making drinks unique for us and the restaurant seating us over 15” early so we could have dinner before we had to leave for a tour. We can’t imagine seeing Rome without the friends that treated us like family. We have lifetime memories because of them.     Great place to stay in Rome in a central area

    Right across street from US embassy and a short walk to many restaurants and grocery stores. Felt safe walking around even at night and there are many places nearby.     A Nice Hotel With Some Unfortunate Drawbacks

    The hotel is very nice- clean, etc. And the breakfast is good. My room faced the street across from the US Consulate and was way too loud. Cars passed by all night and there was loud talking that kept me up. Also, there is central heat/ air conditioning that could not be adjusted and the room was too hot.     We loved our stay at the Rose Garden Palace. The room was modern, clean, spacious and well appointed. My daughter in particular loved the walk in wardrobe with great lighting and mirrors! Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location, in a nice, safe area, within walking distance of so many of Rome's amazing sights and eateries. The hotel breakfasts were pretty good too, with a good selection of gluten free things for me to eat. The pool and sauna were also a real treat. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.
