Very loud hotel

I'll start with the good - the location is great, very convenient and the staff are very polite. The issues are with the building itself. The walls are paper thin. Our room was across from the lift and could hear the ding of it arriving and the shuddering of the doors opening each time. Everytime anyone entered the corridor it was as if they were in the room with us. We could hear every conversation crystal clear. Cleaners would start cleaning between 7-7.30, and this would always wake us up as we could hear the banging coming out of the lift and the room doors opening and closing. I've never before stayed in a hotel so loud. This hotel is a SCAM.... i booked a room in hotel, but i received a dirty room 5 minutes away, into one annex building....i wanted to change the room and pay the difference in order to stay in hotel, but i was refussed in a non polite way. They took the money also fot the city tax, despite switching the hotel and not stay there. SHAME and SCAM! , Proprietario at Hotel Royal Court, responded to this review Dear Andrea,We would like to clarify a few important points regarding your review. Your reservation was made through Lastminute.com, a third-party platform, which means any refunds must be handled directly with them.You also booked our dépendance building, located a 2-minute walk from the main property and 1 minute from Termini Station. This is clearly indicated during the booking process, and we encourage guests to verify the building that best suits their needs.The rate selected was non-refundable, which offers a better price but does not allow cancellations. Both of our buildings were fully booked during your stay, so a room change was not possible.We want to reiterate that we operate transparently, and the suggestion of any scam is incorrect. Amazing stay at hotel royal court, where they treat you like royalty!!

I stayed in the annex while in town for business and had a really lovely experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how central the location is. It’s just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by lots of great bars, restaurants, and cafes, which made it really easy to get around and enjoy the area after work.What stood out most to me was the staff. Everyone I met was so friendly and helpful, and they made the place feel really welcoming. The breakfast was also great, with plenty of choice and good quality food.Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back. It’s a perfect spot if you want comfort, convenience, and friendly service at a good price.

Great location to train station, hop on bus, and nice restaurants. We also enjoy walking so we were able to walk to many attractions.Sara, at the front desk, was very helpful and made our stay perfect.We had stayed at four different cities in Italy and this had the best breakfast buffet of all. , Owner at Hotel Royal Court, responded to this review Thank you for leaving us a review and for pointing out our receptionist Sara and how she helped make your stay with us extra special.
