    The Place Is located in the most iconic place in Rome. Strategically in the Central Business District. Sorroundend by nice restaurants and beautiful sceneries. The rooms were very clean . We stayed in room 525 & 527. 5 nights .The lady Arianna was just exceptional. She kept the place sparkling clean and not forgetting that she got us a lifetime chance to attend the pope's mass in the first line through her friends . Judith is wonderful. She makes a whole difference. She makes that hotel feel home than a hotel. We stayed across Italy for 3 months but we didn't encounter any receptionist like her . Sadly when we left she wasn't there . if she get to read this, we would like her to know that she is special. She treated all clients well and every time she was out of her shift you could definitely feel the difference. It's a beautiful place. We hope to return someday . Our daughter and her husband will be visiting in two weeks we hope they get the same experience.

    The location is exceptional. Just next to the Spanish steps . Though the rooms are very small they're well kept , we were a family of 3 , two rooms with spanish steps view and one to the spanish street. very clean with great view to the Spanish steps. The staff were ok , the black lady was exceptional, so kind with a genuine smile. Very professional, helpful and patient . We had a wonderful stay .

    We were returning guests and the attitude at the reception was far than welcoming. We felt we were going to boarding school with all there rules and regulations.they gave us…. With the heat of July in Rome they did not even offer water in the room. They don’t allow you to bring food or drinks in the room and they gave us a suite with a kitchenette all for show and hardly any bathroom space. Real poor design. The elevator that finally gets you to the entrance smells of sewerage and humidity…..intoxicating. Kindness and hospitality make a big difference . It’s a shame because they have a unique historical location.

    Spanish Steps hotel

    The location of this hotel is prime real estate adjacent to the Spanish Steps. I was in the junior suite which was a nice sized room with a kitchen although you could not bring outside food into the suite. One drawback is the bathroom which was very small and a larger person most likely would not fit in the shower stall. It was vey clean and had a view of the street and fountain below. The staff was professional and polite and I appreciate their assistance. The metro is on the other side of the steps and easy to navigate. I would stay at this hotel again but not this particular room due to the small bathroom.

    Terrible experience Worst staffSmall rooms with no balcony Bathroom is so small u cannot move They do not provide fresh towel & dental kit - though this was fully paid during the booking Staff is rude annoying always complaining The balcony opens at the kitchen of another hotel 😤Terrible terrible service & the propertyI want my money back They are cheaters
