the smallest hotel room I0ve ever seen.

    rating11 Aug 2025

This was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. I imagine it's something like those tiny places one sees in Japan. There is a bed and a night stand. The bathroom was decent sized. However, for the money I spent it's totally unreasonable. It's in a convenient location but I wouldnt recommend.

    Threatening and disrespectful service

    rating11 Jul 2024

This hotel did not meet its basic and most important requirement, which is safety for its customers. As a female, I felt vulnerable and scared. I do not recommend this hotel at all! My partner and I arrived in the early hours in the morning due to a delayed flight. We were greeted with threatening behaviour by a male receptionist. He demanded I give him €80 cash in hand to compensate for his evening shift, otherwise he wouldn’t give me the keys to my room! I didn’t know what to do and was therefore, left with no other choice. If I had known, I would have called the police to protect us from this behaviour. We also realised the hotel didn’t fulfil our booking for a double bed, even though this was paid for and was clearly stated in the confirmation of our booking. We told the male receptionist, but he argued with my partner and was extremely disrespectful to us. Luckily, my partner was by my side. You shouldn’t even consider this hotel. Beautiful city but disgusting service. Do not book!!

Most disrespectful male receptionist I've ever dealt with

    rating08 Jul 2024

DO NOT STAY HERE. Rudest hotel receptionist I've ever spoken to. Specifically talking about the man who covered the evening shift. The rest of the workers were reasonable enough people, but this one man let them completely down. Our flight was delayed into the early morning, so I called ahead to let them know we'll be arriving at approx 1am in the morning. I had the worst experience with this man over two conversations: 1. on the phone before we landed and then 2.in person once we arrived at 2am1."Check in closes at 11pm and its not our problem if your flight doesn't respect our times"2."If you want me to wait, pay me €80 in cash only (so I can pocket it and provide no receipt)"3."whats wrong with you type of people" - when I told him this isn't how you should treat a customer4."if you don't like it, you can leave" (at 2am in the morning, when we obviously have nowhere to go5. "don't try and barter with me, this isn't a turkish market"6. "its not our problem if you booked a double bed, my piece of paper says two single beds so thats not my problem" (after I showed him by booking.com reservation clearly with a double bed booked)The whole time he was rude, aggressive and disrespectful. Don't stay here if you want to be treated like dirt.

    Con artist place

    rating11 Feb 2024

Still has $1000 from my trip back in October which they agreed to pay back money for a stay I didn’t take place but did not. The picture below shows me leaving and I sent an email too reiterating that and they played like they didn’tKnow. I was thousands of miles from home.

Do not rent rooms here total scam

    rating08 Oct 2023

Absolutely terrible stains in sheets and stains and tears in furniture. I refused to stay because the room looked nothing like the pictures and the lights weren’t working. I had to literally carry all my luggage up two flights of stairs alone no bell hop nothing. Knowing this they refuse to refund me any of my $1300 I paid for a five night stay. Immediately I checked out the same night and then checked into a hotel across the Street. I’ve been calling for almost a week emails and phone calls not returned and they hang up in my face.
