    Location of the hotel is excellent. You can walk to Colosseum in 15 minutes also to the other sites. It is close to metro and other public transport. It is in the quiet safe neighbourhood, there are good restaurants nearby.We had an amazing stay, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They care about their guests. I would highly recommend the hotel and we will be back when we visit Rome again. Breakfast was nice, it is good to have something to eat in the morning. The beds were very comfortable.

    I decided to visit Rome at the last minute. I was looking for a hotel near the Circus Maximus. Great choice… a small hotel in a very quiet residential area. The room had a very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. I will definitely go back.

    I stayed at this hotel in July 2025 for four days, and it was truly a great find! The location is excellent — about 400 meters from the Circo Massimo metro station, in a very safe neighborhood. The service provided by every member of the staff was worthy of a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was generous, with a wide variety of drinks, breads, cheeses, and pastries. The rooms were comfortable, equipped with hot showers and air conditioning. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to Rome.

    We chose this hotel as it was very close to the FAO Headquarters where my wife had a meeting. We were immediately impressed by the very welcoming reception at the desk. This friendly spirit was universal among the staff. Our room was furnished with very simple attractive furniture. There was plenty of shelving and hanging space. The double bed was very comfortable with large pillows. The bathroom had a good walk-in shower.There was a mini-fridge stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks, but no glasses or bottle opener. The cupboard contained a small safe.The bathroom had a hair dryer but there were no kettle or tea coffee facilities.Only breakfast was available. A very wide variety of items were available.It is a bit out of the main tourist center of Rome but all the hop-on hop-off busses have a stop at the other end of the street. Our final test of a hotel-would we stay there again? Yes definitely.

    The hotel is beautiful. The staff were lovely. I would be very happy to stay there again. Of course the rooms were very clean and in perfect condition. The breakfast was very good as well.The location is convenient but also quiet so I was able to get an exceptionally good night’s sleep.
