  3 night stay, base for exploring RomePerfect location 2 mins literally from station.Room spot on . Clean, lovely bathroom with bath and shower.Tv had youtube available always a plus .Never tried breakfast

  Best locstion if you are traveling by train, 3 minutes walk to the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite dated but clean. My room had aur condition and mini bar but both are not functioning so i was given an electric fan to east the heat. Breakfast is basic but acceptable for a 3 star hotel.I would recommend this hotel to everyone traveling by train to Rome because of its proximity to train station.

  Decent budget option close to Termini

  This is one of the cheap and cheerful hotels close to Termini station. It's actually quite nice. My room was large with old-fashioned but perfectly pleasant furnishings. Staff were decent enough. I am heavily biased towards budget hotels in Italy, with their quirky decor and rickety lifts. But this one would be fine for a short or long stay.

  Great location but room images misleading

  No doubt great location and acceptable breakfast selection for price paid. Gentleman at breakfast was very friendly and could remember out drink preference which was a good touch. Couldn't say the same for the lady colleague who wanted to charge us for few items we wanted to have on the go due to busy schedule when we couldn't make it to breakfast for 2 of the 5 days there. We had afterall paid for room with breakfast.A pity the picture of the room with bathtub in the bathroom was not what we got and we had to Room move since there are only 3 rooms with bathtub out of 70 rooms (however bathtub rather slippery) and a pity we had to walk out to the road to the adjacent block to access our room.24hrs reception, yes, however information was not communicated well to us on how to reach the reception in early mornings as no one picked up calls, no one was at reception and main entrance door was locked. The other young (Philipino perhaps) who was very friendly better explained later on, but that created some inconvenience and delay in our room move to the following day.

  We booked and PAID for 3 nights in total. Before and after our European stay. We stayed on August 4 then we were contacted, during our cruise, to say that the Stromboli had cancelled our booking. This was to be the 2 nights at the end of our cruise. We had to contact our daughter in Sydney and she had to look up and book alternative accommodation. We are in our 70s and did not need this hassle. I suppose they re-let our rooms at a higher rate. Surely this is a breach of contract.I also think that Booking.com have a role to play, as they accepted the booking and sent a reminder 4 days before. Anyway, don't stay here.
