  Disgusting hotel and staff

  Disgusting dirty hotel. The hotel is a sex hotel. There is nothing online regarding how it is. We complained and they didn’t care. No refund nothing. You walk into the room and you’re greeted by a stripper pole and some sort of disco ball above the bed. There are no windows, the small window that there is, looks at barbed wire and the smallest bit of light, like a key hole. The room is so small which isn’t a problem, but has n o so e for cloths, but somehow they put a stripper pole there. The staff are rude and also said “we had this problem with many others before”. No refund was offered and nothing to help, would have taken 50% if they cared but no. Just money grabbing, miss selling hotel.You are better off staying at Imperiale hotel up the road, actually nice staff and has a nice restaurant/breakfast place to eat.   It is an interesting place to stay for couples with a very different and unique vibe. It is good for a single night stay.Sleep quality is below average (if you intent to sleep), bed is not very comfortable. our room was facing the street, so was noisy almost throughout the night.Staff is friendly and the place is clean in general, but there are lot of small things ( the way toiletries are kept in the room, the lack of natural lights) etc which make it bit uncomfortable after the first day.   10/10 experience. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms kept lovely and clean. Perfect location, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!   Initially, everything seemed fine. However, due to the lack of clear information regarding the breakfast option, we were not informed that we needed to select ‘pay at delivery’, resulting in us losing three breakfasts.What was truly unacceptable, though, was that on the second day the elevator broke down while we were staying on the 3rd floor. I have a heart condition, and being forced to climb the stairs significantly affected my health and completely ruined our experience. After climbing the stairs, I needed almost an hour to recover before being able to do anything with my husband. This situation should never occur in a hotel.”

  Great location very central and close to everything was at this hotel in 2023 and they put us in a rome that had a building site above it constant because they was getting work done so was constantly woken up every morning at 8 with work going on went back on November 2025 got put into a rome that the bath was low and could not use the jets in the bath because it was spraying water over the top off it on to the wooden floor and WiFi would not reach the room allowing you to order breakfast on the app so got moved room to a upgrade only for the breakfast app not to work again On ipad and the hot tube in the room plug was stuck so could not empty or use the hot tube last day there woken to to find that the cover had been stapled together with rusty staples holding it together also the girl on the.front desk at hotel professional approach to customers is disgusting very aggressive approach to customers regarding what you try to explain or as for i would not recommend this hote for the amount off money you pay for it to have problems like this
