Location

This elegant guest house is located 50 metres from Lepanto metro station, and a 10-minute walk from the Vatican City. Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (Fiumincino) is approximately 45 km from the hotel and Ciampino Airport is around 35 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 9 rooms, including 8 double rooms, located in a 3-storey main building and 6 auxiliary buildings. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk are on hand round the clock to assist guests with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Some rooms include a balcony. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Reception desk Staff were lovely. Thank you so much for organising and letting us in to a self service bar in your breakfast room for one rainy night. We had our own drinks and snacks. The reception lady gave us some wine glasses and plates. So kind…. Unfortunately the B place did not have any ice so we got some from the hotel just round the corner. Stayed on Ground floor in the main building. Window to the main road.Lift dd not work for a couple of days, so we had to climb up the top floor for breakfast. Ok-ish breakfast but minimal choice of low quality food. The terrace not maintained properly, so we had our breakfast inside mostly. The room itself is a basic low level quality bed, poor pillows, heating/ventilation not efficient, walls between rooms are just to stop seeing someone. You hear literally everything, dirty curtains. Bathroom - awful with decent toiletries, but claustrophobic shower with everything broken, water over-pouring from everywhere, blocked sewage, so your feet are covered with 10-15cm deep water inside shower tray immediately. Nothing is comfortable inside. Poor lights. But they clean the room properly. Every day. We paid about £120-£130 a night + €50 city tax on arrival. Will never go back to this hotel. Yes the area is nice full of places to eat and shops around. Mostly locals in the area. But the hotel itself is just so poor…

Truly "The beautiful place"

This could be as short as "incredible place, worth every cent"!But just to specify on a couple of things:The staff was very welcoming and helpful during our 4-night stay.The room itself was absolutely wonderful, eqipped with a small fridge, aircondition, a safe box, a great bathroom with a rain shower and best of all, a charming little balcony where you could soak up the sun!The breakfast had a wide range of hot and cold options, to make sure you had a good meal before heading out to explore Rome.The location right around the corner from the Lepanto metro station is absolutely perfect, and gives you a nice and easy connection to all the wonders of the city, while also giving you the comfort of a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

Stayed there for two nights. It's conveniently located close to Lepanto metro station and many bus stops nearby.We were given a room in the garden - didn't enjoy the idea at first ,but it was proved to be very nice. Spacious , quiet ,very clean - many towels , changed daily!Breakfast was also fabulous- wide range to choose from. and everything clean and delicious! In addition , it's served on the top floor enjoying a wonderful view.Would like to re-visit sometime in the future.

The staff here super friendly. Terry helped us with our room which made our stay even better. Nice terrace too for breakfast. Would recommend for people that are looking for a nice place that does not cost too much. I would return next time I am in Rome. ☺️

We found this boutique hotel to be perfectly acceptable and really quite good considering it’s in the heart of Rome 👍 staff are all very helpful and pleasant , breakfast is good all you need , the rooms are well appointed with good shower and comfy bed , tv etc , we had a balcony also , ignore the bad comments before the hotel is clean and tidy ok it’s not a 5 star but what do you expect , it is in a great local area very close to all the sights 👍 highly recommend for. 3 or 4 stay ciao grazi Mille!
