  Perfect spot!

  This place was wonderful! Stayed here for 3 nights as a solo traveller and felt very safe. It’s located in a great neighborhood, I was able to walk to all the main sites. Also, the staff were perfect! Sergey (sp?) was extremely helpful, friendly and made the overall experience better. Highly recommend this hotel!

  We ware at the hotel 12.12-16.12.2025. Location is exelent. The room was large and clean. Staf was very helpfull. Also the breakfast was exelent. We Will Come again.

  Be careful! Do not book this B&B under any circumstances! The pictures on the internet do not correspond to reality at all. The reception is in another room or building which is beautiful. Then you are led into the adjacent building. Dark, up and down steep stairs which eventually lead you to a rear building. Visible mold on the walls, a pungent smell which continues in the small, dark room. Shocked, we looked for a new hotel. When we checked out, the staff did not react. Just a weary shrug of the shoulders. Tried several times by email and WhatsApp to find clarification. No reaction. Today received an email saying that they thanked us for our stay and that we would get 15% off our next stay for "referring a friend". We will do everything we can and are now hiring lawyers to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Do not book under any circumstances!!!!

  Sergey, thank you so much for your help. You make this place much better with your smile and assistance. Love it! We had a lot of questions, seemed like it too intrusive on our part, but thank you for your help. It was our first visit in Rome and we are happy of the place we choosed and the staff we met. Recommend 100%.

  Worst stay of my life; and health impacting

  All the negatives will not fit in here. Put us in dirty walled room first; room didn't resemble anything like the website. Tables beside the bed looked like junkyard items. Outside the room, in the hallway you had to TRY to unlock a huge door to get to your room's hallway, which door took many many minutes with a loose lock to try to open, after climbing a lot of stairs. My health was greatly impacted by the elevator almost never working and having to walk up 4 double flights to my room, taking at least 20 minutes each time. (I have a breathing condition which would not have been a problem except for the problem elevator -- in 100 degree heat every day that week.) There's much much more. On the last day, though, someone was supposed to come to our room to take our bags down many flights, because we couldn't, due to the elevator issue. We had a flight to catch. That someone never showed up. Ive told Eden at the place all situations. Her reply was a chincy voucher for a future stay! Heartless.
