    Great hotel in prime location.

    I cannot rate this hotel high enough! The staff are excellent and there is air conditioning and an elevator. The location is incredibly walkable and you are very close to famous places like the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain/Roman forum. The staff are incredibly accommodating and hardworking. Will definitely come back here again.

    RUDE STAFF AND RIPPED OFF

    We had booked into this hotel before the war broke out in the Middle East and they wouldn’t let us cancel the booking after our flights were cancelled. However instead of losing the booking completely since it was around 3,000 euro we emailed them to let them know that a friend will be staying in the hotel on the fourth night on our behalf. When the friend turned up at the hotel to check in, they had given the room away and double booked it. Not only taking our money but doubling it by booking someone else in there. The staff member on the counter Danielle was very rude and not understanding at all. Not only was she rude he was told he would have to find another hotel.

    Ours was a wonderful stay! The rooms were extremely clean and well-heated. The staff was very warm and did everything in their power to make us feel welcome. We had breakfast on the rooftop, and the atmosphere was very special.

    This hotel is situated in an excellent location. The Junior Suite we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and the cleanliness was amazing. Staff where so friendly and helpful, special shout out to Faruq who brought our breakfast each morning and always had a smile on his face. We would definitely stay here again.
