Horrible hotel a nightmare . To stat off when my parents and myself arrived the toilet wasn’t working . We went to report it . They claimed to be full . No one fixed it . We were told to go downstairs and us the main lobby bathroom or they would give us a black bag to do our needs then someone would come pick it up . Would you believe the inconvenience??? Like have being in vacation and having to go to the lobby to use the bathroom . And then to top it all off . The stay here is not cheap and this hotel needs a lot of work it is filling apart . Room full of mold filtration on the walls .

    Xmas break away

    rating31 Dec 2025

we came here on boxing day 2 adults and a child we had a room in the main hotel - on double bed and one single - the room was suffcient and did the job for the time we had there - the staff at reception were extremely helpful in terms of any questions we had, as we were a stones throw from the Trevi fountain it is VERY BUSY so be warned -we wasn't sure if it was because of the holidays the amount of people at the fountain - the room blocked out the noise which was good. The hotel is 8 min walk to a metro and a 22 min walk to the main station - you can get a train from the airport to the centre of Rome for 14 euros - and then a metro to all easy enough. the price was a bit steep for what we paid but is was Boxing Day so we expected the cost.

    Terrible experience

    rating20 Nov 2025

. Water from the shower leaks into the room — and even worse, it comes up through the floor — so the entire area gets soaked. The floor is already warped from the moisture. After one shower, the whole room was wet. The bathroom tiles are broken, which is a serious risk for cutting your foot.On top of that, the shower water doesn’t get hot; the front desk said it takes 15–20 minutes to warm up, which is unacceptable in winter. The hotel is extremely poorly maintained, worse than many hostels. I absolutely do NOT recommend it. The location is not worth the hassle.

Solid room in a great location

    rating08 Sept 2025

Very good location, steps from the Trevi and Pantheon. I’d note that the room we were in was a block or so away from the front desk, in an alley. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms was solid, bed was comfortable. Shower was very small, frequently turned off the water when turning around. Very clean. Would go again.

Trust me, just DON'T DO IT

We booked the annex room at Trevi 41 because it was the only one with two beds, which we needed for our child. We expected it to be smaller or simpler than the main building—not broken, hot, and full of dirty laundry. The AC in our room didn’t work at all, and the room hovered around 85°F all night. With a young child and an early international flight the next morning, it was a miserable experience. We returned late from sightseeing, and because the annex is a block away from the hotel with no on-site staff, there was no way to request a room change. Our brother-in-law stayed in the main building, and his AC worked fine—so this wasn’t a power issue, it was a known problem in our specific room. There were signs throughout the annex warning of recent blackouts and electrical problems, and advising guests not to plug in American appliances. The hallways were cluttered with old furniture and bags of dirty laundry. It did not feel like a hotel at all.The worst part? I asked for a refund and got radio silence. Hotels.com contacted them on my behalf, and the hotel still refused to offer even a token refund or credit. The annex is not a fit place to house paying guests, especially those traveling with children. If you care about customer service—or basic safety—don’t book here.
