Location

The central position of the apartments allows guests to reach many of Rome's most interesting and famous areas on foot within a few minutes, including St Peters, the Vatican Museums (metrò Ottaviano stop), Castel Sant Angelo, Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso and Piazza di Spagna. The convenient public transport links allow guests to easily reach all the most interesting places, such as Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, the Coliseum, I Fori Imperiali and Trastevere and all the other attractions of the city. Restaurants, bars and nightlife can be found within a few minutes' walk of the hotel. Rome Termini bus and railway station is some 3.5 km away. Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport is around 25 km away and Rome Ciampino Airport is some 40 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel was built in 1920. 45 apartments are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Additional facilities include a TV room.     We have stayed here many times over the years and every stay has exceeded our expectations and also each stay gets better and better. The staff during this stay was very helpful and kind as usual. In particular Elisabetta, Loredona and Damiano were always responsive and made our stay amazing once again. The breakfast on the rooftop area is particularly special.     Our family with thrilled with our stay! We had a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment with a separate living room and kitchen. It was perfect having the separate living room because someone in our family was always awake in the middle of the night from jet lag! We cooked a few small items for snacks (boiled eggs, etc) and the kitchen was fully stocked with any equipment and utensils one could need for basic cooking. There was a coffee service that was restocked daily. We even had a view of St Peter's Basilica from a few windows. The self-serve breakfast was excellent (eggs, sausage or bacon, beans, pastries, fruit, bread, yogurt, cold meats and cheeses, juice and coffee) and the rooftop terrace was a beautiful place to enjoy it. We even watched Pope Leo give his Easter blessing from the terrace on Easter Sunday. Quiet little street just a few mintues walk from many restaurants, the Vatican and a metro stop. We didn't want bars and nightclubs nearby, so this was perfect. All of this and it was less expensive than booking two hotel rooms (with no kitchen) in a different hotel that wouldn't have been nearly as nice. We didn't end up using the self-service laundry room but it was good to know it was there. The staff was friendly, efficient and welcoming.     Great stay near the Vatican with many restaurants within blocks

    We just had a fantastic stay! Loredanna at the front desk was a delight. Always happy and helpful. She checked us in early after we got off a cruise and upgraded our suite to one with two bathrooms.The location suited us well. We loved the view from the rooftop bar and all the restaurants in the blocks around us. We walked everywhere in Rome from this hotel. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

    An excellent home base to visit the Vatican and Rome in comfort!

    Trianon Borgo Pio Aparthotel was impressive! We loved the central location, excellent customer service from the front desk to the restaurant staff, great amenities from a rooftop restaurant with breakfast and happy hour in the evenings to access to a free laundry room, a fully equipped apartment with full kitchen appliances and utensils, a nice gym, and helpful concierge service. There's a store across the street (literally a stone's throw away) with basic amenities you may need for your stay. I will definitely stay here again when next I'm in Rome. Thanks to all the staff for helping to make our stay a memorable and enjoyable one.
