    Great Staff, nice hotel. Paolo ( bar) Alessandro ( chef) Carolina, Matteo, Andrea, Lorena, and others were all lovely and I made sure to tell them that! In particular they calmed me when I left my phone in a Taxi! - and they got it back for me immediately. The hotel beds are Wonderful, for good sleeps.     My partner and I had a lovely 4 days in Rome and the Trilissa Palace Hotel was just perfect for our stay. Bonus for having a sushi restaurant right next door where we ate every evening. The Spa's at the hotel were gorgeous, we booked 2 different ones whilst we were there. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from. Wonderful helpful staff who went out there way.     Love Trilussa, Love Trastevere!

    Really great place in Trastevere away from the tourist centers. You get to walk among locals who live their lives in the neighborhood. Because of this you either get your steps in or learn to take the bus/ride taxis. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate. The bar and adjoining restaurant has a classy atmosphere and great food. We never felt crowded staying at Trilussa. The rooms are tight and clean but manageable.     I have stayed here several times (it's my go to in Rome) however this time was different - I arrived having taken a fall onto the tracks at termini while getting off the train -- I didn't realize it then , but I fractured my sacrum - I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not have been nicer - a young man went out and brought me ibuprofen (helped a lot) -- they offered pillows for the chairs on the roof deck - all in all the folks could not have been nicer - This is a place that feels like home in the eternal city -- THANK YOU Trilussa Palace !! frontdesk manager, Servizi per gli ospiti/front office at Trilussa Palace Hotel, responded to this review Dear Mrs Stevenson,Thank you so much for your wonderful words and loyalty.
