    Dont book with them. They double charge and they dont reply through booking.com or through calls. Very bad experience.

    The room i was given is on the first floor, almost directly looking out on to a busy interchange. The traffic sounds were very loud and I was woken up in the middle of the night every night. It was difficult to communicate with staff as there is no phone in the room and the reception is only open between 11am and 6pm. When I asked to change rooms, the staff did little to help, offering me a similar room on a higher floor but I would have needed to return to the hotel immediately to do so. Since I was out at that time, I had to stay in the original room I was given. The room itself was fine but it is overpriced for what it is.

    The pictures online are not the accommodation that you get. We had termites in our kitchen, which i just couldn't use then. The wooden beams we so dusty with cobwebs hanging into the room and the floors, especially underneath the bed looked like they had never been cleaned. The garden area was really untidy and full of rubbish. The area was great, right near the Spanish Steps and 7 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. Location was the only good thing about this property.

    My husband and I absolutely loved staying here! We stayed in the apartments that were right down the street from the Spanish Steps and we absolutely loved being so close to everything. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE! the room was quaint and clean, everyone we met was kind and accommodating and we truly could not have asked for anything more. It was exactly what I had hoped it would be and I am so glad it was where we stayed to start off our Italy vacation!

    Just returned from a perfect 2 night stay at Tritone Top House. First time travelling alone with two young children and found the location was excellent. There is so much right on the doorstep of this hotel from beautiful cobbled streets awash with restaurants and shops to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon just a few minutes walk away.The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the Metro Station and the hop on / off bus stops.Tritone Top House is on the 3rd floor of an old traditional building that can be reached by stairs or a small lift. The inside entrance to the hotel did feel a little unloved but as you reach upstairs reception you realise there is nothing to fear.Check-in was seamless, we were greeted by a lovely lady (sorry I didn’t catch your name) who checked us in and offered a safe place to leave our bags until our room was ready a short time after. We were extremely grateful for an early check in after a very early start. Our room was clean and modern and the beds comfy. There was a small drinks fridge with reasonably priced minibar options and a selection of biscuits and pastries for purchase. There was also a kettle and complimentary tea & coffee.The Shower did take a few minutes to warm up & then the temperature could be a little temperamental but this didn’t cause us any issues. Just a heads up really not to jump straight in!A folder containing useful information for your stay and the tips on local area was a helpful a guide.Whilst this hotel doesn’t have a 24hour reception we had no issues in communicating with the hotel prior to and during our stay. The Reception office was open from 11am until late afternoon so bear this in mind before you arrive and you shouldn’t have any issues.We will definitely be back to visit the beautiful city of Rome again one day (soon I hope!) and I would definitely consider another stay here.
