  Terrible room and dangerous living conditions!

  The room looks nothing like the photos on the website. The furniture is old, stained, and the overall condition is very poor.But the worst part - there was BLACK MOLD right next to the bed!Black mold poses a serious health risk, especially for people with allergies. The presence of such mold in a living space is a violation of sanitary and hygiene standards and makes staying in this hotel unsafe and unacceptable.We entered the room around 8 p.m., and upon discovering all this, we asked at the reception if they could change the room. They said no, that there were no other rooms available.As a result, we had to quickly find another hotel and move out the same evening to protect our health.We also contacted Booking.com customer support, where the booking was made, and provided all photo evidence requesting a refund. However, the hotel refused to return the money, despite the obvious violations of accommodation conditions.I don’t recommend this place to anyone! This hotel is dangerous to your health and completely fails to meet its advertised standards!

  Very comfortable bed, nice decor and lovely staff. Always found the bedroom cleana and breakfast is also really nice.It should be congratulated on the excellent presentation and accommodation that I experienced on my recent trip. You could not fault anything! From the warm welcome when I arrived to the wonderful breakfast, the very comfortable bedroom and the ever obliging staff, this B&B was truly a memorable part of my experience .   Family vacation ruined last night

  My family and I stayed here our last night in Rome after traveling to Rome the first half of our trip, through Florence and Venice. Every place we stayed, everyone was so incredibly nice except here. Upon arrival our host was not there and left her father in charge, being that we were checking out early and the hostess and her father would not be there in the morning he tried to charge several of our credit cards for the one night stay and their credit card machine was down. He wasted two hours of our last night in town just to never be able to charge us. In the meantime all of the stores and restaurants closed and we were left with our last meal in Rome being at a subpar restaurant that was the only one in our area that was open. The next morning we flew home. Almost a week later the hostess starts angrily messaging me that we hadn’t paid even though she knew the issue was hers, she was condescending, rude and threatened to report us to the embassy. She demanded payment by PayPal which is not how we intended to pay for this stay and it was really disheartening to be treated this way when the issue was theirs to resolve. After multiple harassing messages I reluctantly paid by paypal just get rid of the nag. Who knows If she ever got her business working properly but don’t list credit card payment if you actually can’t take one and you don’t have anyone competent enough to figure out other solutions. Will never stay here again and I don’t recommend to anyone. chiara t, Proprietario at Tutto Tondo Bed & Breakfast, responded to this review To begin with, I would like to point out that my management of this structure started on 1 June 2017 and as you can see from that date we only have 5-star reviews. That said, I have to say that the ladies stayed on September 4, 2017, that is 4 months ago and they showed up around 11.00 pm, very late compared to what they had told us. On arrival I proceeded to pass their credit card on my pos but the transaction was negative. I repeated the operation several times but without success. The cause could be a problem with the lady's credit card or a system problem. Given the late hour we agreed that we would try again the next morning and then I left the ladies in their room. It all lasted 20 minutes of time !! The next morning the ladies left very early so the payment remained suspended. In the following days I tried several times to make the payment through the data of the credit card in our possession without being answered. This was followed by various messages and reminder emails asking which way was more convenient for them to pay but without any response from the lady. Having an impression of improper behavior, offensive and damaging my dignity as a worker, and having now spent a month, I sent another message by airing the appeal to the legal routes to recover the rightly due for their stay. Only after this message did the lady deign to answer and pay the amount due. All this to say that the criticism is welcome because they help us to improve our service, but these must be truthful, otherwise it is only mud launched on those who put all the passion and love possible in their work. Also notify that this review does not tell anything about the confort level of our structure!!

  A really sweet B&B!

  We stayed for four nights at Tutto Tondo in two of the double rooms. Both rooms where spacious, comfortable, very clean. A good breakfast was prepared the day before by the staff. The only thing was that although we had a private bathroom this was in the corridor and not in the same rooms. chiara t, Proprietario at Tutto Tondo Bed & Breakfast, responded to this review We thank you for your welcome comments, we hope to have you again as our guests.   A perfect welcome to Rome!

  I booked a five night stay last year for a Christmas present for my mum and niece as none of us had ever been to Italy before. After scouring the internet for hotels I finally stumbled on TuttoTondo as the pictures of the hotel seemed ok but a little garish, however because of the price and location I decided to book. When we got there we were impressed to see that there had had an overhaul and any remnants of bright colours had gone to find an absolutely beautifully decorated B&B which had subsequently been taken over by Chiara in June hence such a change which I applause as so much effort and TLC had gone into making it look so homely and welcoming. The hospitality from Chiara went above and beyond any B&B that I have ever stayed in, breakfast laid out every morning and fresh eggs made, not to mention advising and helping us out on what to do in Rome. I can't big this place up enough and defy anyone to find fault here, our stay was outstanding and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.Well done to a Chiara on an absolutely fantastic holiday!
