    We loved the U Visionary hotel last year so we came back this year.     I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed.     Great location but a few niggles

    The hotel is in an excellent location. The reception staff are very good and friendly and want to help to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the effective air conditioning and friendly housekeeping and comfortable beds but we wouldn’t stay again. It might have been the room we chose but the lack of furniture was bordering on ridiculous. As well as the wardrobe and bed we had a sofa and two small bedside tables with large lights on them. There was absolutely nowhere to put anything except to leave it on the sofa. Whoever designed the hotel didn’t think about women. There was no dressing table or indeed any table or chair close to a mirror. The room was plenty big and could easily have accommodated a table and an additional light as the one window was up at the bed so the room was dark. We had to ask for bath robes and shower gel on arrival and for the USB C and B port to be repaired. The breakfast area is crushed and the staff constantly got in the way (although they were friendly and helpful). Lots to like about this hotel and the staff on reception were understanding of my issues but until the rooms have more furniture we wouldn’t return. Also what a shame for housekeeping to cope with a black bathroom sink and dark brown tiles. One wash of our hands and the place was a mess. We still enjoyed our stay.
