Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Hotel is well situated for Termini, 2min walk in a quieter area.Staff were really lovely - especially those at breakfast. Breakfast was SUPERB. Excellent choices, fresh, tasty and served (not buffet).Room was very spacious, bed comfy, everything clean. Soundproofing (between rooms) could be improved as could the darkness of the room - we had a flashing smoke detector going all night!Bathroom could do with updating. However, I would recommend staying here!

    The hotel is in a brilliant location, close to the Termini Station (circa 7min walk). The staff are very friendly and couldn’t fault them. However, the room we had didn’t have a window to the outside, instead the window opens out to a corridor, which feels uncomfortable when open. I’m not good in a room without fresh air or daylight so if you’re staying here and you need those things maybe ask for a room that’s not in the basement. The room also smelled damp when first walking in, possibly due to the air conditioning unit. The shower was powerful with good temperature ranges. There was little or no noise during the night. You can book breakfast as, due to the small area available for seating, needs to be done in intervals. The food was good with a wide selection. Overall the stay was positive but I was disappointed not to have a room with access to fresh air or daylight.

    Really lovely staff. Room was basic but fine. What you would expect for a 3 star hotel. We had no window to outside but we weren’t bothered as we spent most our time outside of the hotel.One thing I would say is we thought the fridge was stocked with water and snacks complimentary as there was no menu or prices anywhere in the room and this is usually free in other hotels where we have stayed. We did end up having to pay for anything we had at the end .

    The rooms are clean and comfy. The bathroom has a good, powerful shower. Location is ideal for exploring Rome. It's very close to Termini station. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area.Minibar is very reasonable.Breakfast- the range of foods on offer are excellent - pastries, breads jams, eggs, bacon - all fresh and you can create your own 'plate'. The coffee is delicious - made to order.All the staff were friendly. Planning to return in 2027!
