  Me and my family stayed here for 4 nights last February and we’re very satisfied with our choice. The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport, which made getting around very convenient. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast had a simple variety of options, but it was definitely good enough to start the day. We also appreciated how polite, friendly, and helpful the staff were throughout our stay. Their kindness made the experience even better.   Vatican Relais Rome is an excellent place to stay for anyone visiting the Eternal City. The location is truly outstanding, just a few minutes’ walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and Vatican City. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, full of charming streets, restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it perfect for experiencing the authentic atmosphere of Rome. Many of the city’s major attractions are also within walking distance, and public transportation nearby makes it easy to explore the rest of the city.One of the highlights of this property is the exceptional service provided by the staff. The Filipino staff members are especially kind, welcoming, and always ready to help guests with anything they need. They create a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes visitors feel comfortable and well cared for. The owner is also very helpful and approachable, always making sure that guests have a pleasant and smooth stay.The rooms are newly renovated, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space after a long day exploring Rome.   Cozy and beatiful B&B in the heart of Rome

  We stayed in this B&B for a weekend. We were we welcomed by the nice and professional owner, Luisa. Not to talk about the staff, always there for any need. Despite not being so big, the room was provided with every comfort and it was really clean (the bathroom kit included even slippers!). And the location! Two steps from the Vatican and 15 minutes walk from the city centre. I booked thinking it was a hotel but this B&B positively surprised me. I will come back for sure!   We checked in on the 31st December 2025 after a delayed flight.Was greeted by a staff on duty.The room was too small for 3 of us asked for a bigger room was told fully booked.I called the number given and asked if there would be a bigger room in future,the Italian lady was super rude ,asked if I checked out tonight she said leave your cards at reception and go.Next day breakfast was a shock pastries,cake,cereal,cookies,white bread.The only thing I found healthy was the banana and fruits.I will never come back here.   The Italian woman (Manager) is very rude. We were 13 pax and half of us were medical doctors from the America and she treated us like crap. The Filipino employees were courteous and accommodating. Beware of that Italian woman who works there LUISA RASI, Direttore generale at Vatican Relais Rome, responded to this review Dear josen, Thank you for your review but I would like to clarify a few things. I, the owner, met your group only ar 11:00am during checkout, which was supposed to be by 10:00am. However, for your convenience, we kept your luggages and let you stay on the rooms until 11:00, a time that some of you did not respect. I only intervened with a few guests who despite letting them stay in the rooms, opened their suitcases in the hallway, blocking other guests and staff from passing. My intervention was kind and polite but one of your group responded by picking up her heavy suitcase and drag it down the stairs. One of my employees, while trying to help her, almost fell down the stairs. Dirty glasses were left in the common areas. Furthermore, it is good manners not to disturb other guests staying at the property. My employees did a great job to make your stay pleasant, and many of you expressed kind words and thankfulness at checkout and Most of your group were satisfied with cleanliness of their rooms.
