  Beautiful clean hotel

  What a beautiful hotel! I’ve never stayed somewhere so clean and with such amazing staff. The rooms are airy and the hotel smells amazing. The breakfast is very affordable and even brought to your room.the staff is so helpful and the hotel is only steps away from the Vatican and restaurants . This is by far my favourite hotel in Rome - highly recommend

  Room ok but not the one I saw when booking.That photo showed a jacuzzi as did other photos on other sites such as booking .com etc

  Convenient Location, Clean Stay but Difficult to locate

  We stayed at Vatican Style Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable.The only major issue was locating the hotel at night. The name “Vatican Style” is displayed only on a small plate near the bell, which makes it quite easy to miss. When we called for assistance, the staff simply repeated the address instead of providing clearer directions, which wasn’t very helpful given how difficult the entrance is to identify.Aside from that, everything else was perfectly fine. The location is excellent — it’s an easy walk to St. Peter’s Basilica, which is a big advantage.Breakfast was basic but good. Considering the minimal additional charge, it offered very good value for money.Overall, a clean and comfortable stay in a great location, though better signage and clearer arrival instructions would greatly improve the experience.

  Terrible customer service and no support!

  Vatican style and Expedia ruined our Valentine’s Day stay and weren’t even willing to help! Our flight to Rome was diverted and then cancelled. I tried to call the hotel directly - no luck. I contacted Expedia for help and what they did? - just cancelMy booking and emailed me that there will be no refund! I texted the hotel directly and asked to help us to at least store our luggage so we won’t missed our Vatican tour but they said that they won’t do it because we do not have a reservation! So we lost our money and didn’t get any help. At all!

  We’ve had an absolutely brilliant stay at this hotel. The location is amazing — perfect for exploring and getting around easily.The interiors are really lovely and well thought out, with a beautiful, stylish feel throughout. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the pillows are some of the comfiest I’ve slept on, which makes such a difference after long days out.The staff have been consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and really added to the overall experience. Everything felt easy and relaxed from start to finish.I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
