Avoid This Accommodation – Extremely Poor Service and No Support

    rating25 Jun 2025

I do not recommend Via Veneto Suites to anyone! This property does not have a reception, and the check-in time is extremely limited. If your flight is delayed or you arrive outside their narrow window, you are simply left on the street – unable to access your prepaid room.Worse still, the property is completely unreachable: they do not respond to emails, messages, or phone calls. There is no option for online check-in, and no alternative solutions are provided for early or late arrivals. The lack of communication and support is shocking – a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. For your own peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs!

Not good choice for international travelers

    rating19 Apr 2025

I would not recommend this hotel to tourists. We are international travelers visiting Rome. This hotel is not a good choice. Pros 1) the staff is friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk gave us useful tips of how to navigate around. 2) The room and building look nice and beautiful. 3)The shower head is cool. I almost want to buy it for my house. Cons 1) The location is not good. We went to the Colosseum, Palatine, Vatican Museum, St Peter’s. The hotel is not within walking distance to any of them. We had to spend about 100 Euro everyday on the taxi. It is not easy to get a taxi and some taxi drivers charges twice for the same amount of time and distance. Not convenient and pricy. 2) check in time is not convenient. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 8:00, passed the 7:30 check in time. Our original flight was 2;00pm. I had to pay 50 Euro for the late check in. The price increases to 100 after 10. 3) breakfast time is too late. Most of my tour starts at 9:00 and the time to walk to the taxi station and morning traffic makes us have to leave at 8:00. But the breakfast does not start until 8;00. 4) short of staff. On the last day, we had to check out early and leave our luggage in the hotel. The front desk is supposed to arrive at 8 but nobody showed up at 8. We had to keep waiting. Finally the breakfast staff helped us store the luggage but she was still serving the guests for coffee. It was a chaos and we felt guilty we interrupted other guest’s breakfast. 5) there is no hot breakfast. Just cold stuff. No fruit either. Breakfast is not impressive at all. 6) the bathroom smells bad, there is no lock in the bathroom. Overall, the level of service is low, location is inconvenient, food is bad. I do not recommend this place.

A must stay when traveling to Rome!

    rating06 Oct 2024

An amazing hotel in Rome with the absolute best service. Georgio is the kindest owner, and gave us the most amazing experience when we stayed there the first 3 nights of our trip. His breakfast and coffee which included the most incredible croissants fresh from a local bakery was the best way to start our day. He answered all of our questions, provided a list of restaurants he recommended ( which we tried 2 - both phenomenal), helped us get cabs when we had issues and the list goes on. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to downtown, which helps with the amount of pasta you are going to eat 🤪Truly a wonderful experience!
