    The Hidden Gem of Rome!

    Just returned from a wonderful week in Rome!Staying at this gorgeous Hidden Gem. The team have been so wonderful from start to finish. From the first initial email to the second we checked out, they were always smiling, professional and always happy to look after you. Room was spacious. Very clean and they cleaned it daily for you as well as topping up any necessities you may have needed!Not too far away from lovely restaurants and a good distance to all the wonderful sites Rome has to offer. We'll definitely stay here again on our next return to Rome! Highly recommend and thank you to all the team at this hotel :)

    Just got back from our stay here and it was absolutely amazing! The staff are super helpful and the location was great for us. Lovely restaurants 5 minute walk away and not too far walk into town for sight seeing.We loved it that much we booked another night at the hotel and changed our flight 🤣Rooms were clean, decor was lovely and the hotel itself is slightly set back off a quiet road so you can sit outside and enjoy a nice Aperol Spritz. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Rome!

    Lovely hotel, we had 3 rooms all were lovely, clean, the staff were all friendly and the location was fantastic we walked everywhere from the hotel.

    We were told on arrival that the bar closed at 11.30pm, but we cod ask for drinks 24/7, they would bring them yo the room. On Friday night the uoung night manager refused to serve us at 10.30pm advising the bar was closed. On check out his attitude left z lot to be desired. My husband asked why there was no price list of drinks from the bar and his reply was, you could have asked the price.Difficult to find staff if nobody on reception as there was no bell. The wardrobe smelled a little musty, the vathroom was rather cramped. Cod not find any toilets on the ground floor, where tge bar and dining room were located.Website said mini bar and kettle in rooms. We had a mini fridge only.The night before we left we asked reception to order a taxi fir the morning. It turned out to be a cash job for an acquaintance of great night manager. Just as well we had enough cash for tge journey to the airport, as the vehicle was not a taxi.

    Nice Hotel and Staff

    We had a lovely time here for 3 nights. Our room was ready by 11am which was great, since we arrived in Rome in the morning. The room faced the inner courtyard and was quiet. Some have mentioned the graffitti outside but we always felt safe and happy to be staying here. Room was clean and had a nice large tv on the wall. Breakfast was included and very good. I appreciated the fresh coffee and polite service. Location was away from the craziness of tourists. We were able to walk to the nearest Metro in 15 minutes, and to the Colosseum in 20 minutes. We chose to walk with luggage from Rome Termini and it was doable. Many restaurant choices around. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. We would stay here again the next time we come to Rome.
