    Room was clean, atmosphere nice.I requested a babycot,but when we arrive,babycot was not there and personnel told that not avaliable,so we need to sleep all together and that was not comfortable.Breakfast was full of sweet food but not as much as salty , Proprietario at Villa Zaccardi, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedback.We would like to kindly clarify that in your initial reservation there was no specific request for a baby cot or extra bed. However, upon arrival we did our best to assist you and provided an extra bed in order to make your stay more comfortable.Following your further request the next day, a baby cot was also provided.We are therefore a little surprised by your comments, as we always try our utmost to accommodate our guests’ needs and ensure a comfortable stay for families.We remain available should you need any further assistance.Kind regards

    The location is fine, 20 min to the center by bus.The hotel is clean and new inside.They put new towels every day.The hotel is neer a hospital, so we sometimes hear the ambulances passing.The air conditioner doesn´t work very well. , Proprietario at Villa Zaccardi, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you very much for your feedback.We are glad you appreciated our location and the cleanliness of the hotel. Regarding the air conditioning, please note that all our windows have double glazing to reduce noise.     Villa Zaccardi is a great hotel located in a residential area, which is a bit far from the center of Rome, but it's within walking distance to local coffee shops, gelato, and a mini market.The hotel itself is very clean and modern, and the restaurant offered a wonderful dining experience with excellent food.     It is a super nice stay, strongly recommended! Convint location (2 minutes waslk to the bus stations), super clean, very good breakfast, and extremely kind and helpful personnels!
