    We stayed here 28th may-1st June prior to arriving i emailed the hotel to ask about ensuring our room had 4 beds (2 adults one teenager one child) as some reviews said it was a sofa bed. They emailed me back within 20 minutes! Which alone is unheard of.I was reassured all rooms have been renovated and it will be fine. And it was! Biggest room ive ever had on a city trip. Long corridor which consisted of full sized wardrobe bathroom with shower and bidet,a double bed and 2 single beds perfect!!Air con in the room hot water for everyone's showers.Room serviced every day!Staff were all very friendly.Hotel is literally 15 mins from most big attractions in Rome (apart from vatican, but even that is only a 30 mins walk)The underground were on strike whilst we were there so couldn't utilise that as much as we'd like.Monti Is a trendy area of Rome to stay, lots of boutique shops restaurants etc As a family we all felt totally safe too!Would stay here again without hesitation

    All you can eat breakfast was very nice they replenished the drinks in the mimi fridge lovely balcony is thing good price and place the only bad thing was the shower wich was a bit annoying with the pressure and temperature beds were also very comfortable no English channels on the TV :(I loved it very much

    This was our first time to Rome so we were a bit nervous. I chose this place because of location and price and both of those proved true. This place turned out great for our needs for 6 nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a room which was in a building right next door. Yes, it was 2 singles put together but we thought the beds were great. It was a very basic, nice clean room. We had access to the breakfast buffet in the hotel. It was an extra cost for us but that worked out well for our stay. Some of the mornings were had to leave the hotel before they started serving at 7:00. Those morning we couldn't take advantage of it and didn't pay for it. The others morning we just walked in with no reservation and they just added the cost to our bill. It was a very good breakfast and very convenient saving time in trying to find other food. I am recommending this hotel to any family and friends with trips of Rome on the horizon.

    Clean, lovely staff, and great central location from all the iconic land marks perfect stay. Rooms cleaned daily and the Annex is a great way to spend a few days in Rome.
