    Will not recover families with kids

    I would give this hotel a 2 star for many reasons, but before that let me cover positives.Positives :1) The hotel is located close many attractions like your Trevi Fountain (15 min walk), Colosseum (20-30 min walk), Roma Termini train station (15min walk), shops and restaurants are very close.2) Accessing the hotel is very easy 3) Staff speak English.I couldn’t think of anything else positive to share about this placeWhat I didn’t like:1) We requested no smoking room but was given a room which was filled with smoke smell. As we arrive around 1:30 at night we just went to bed. Next morning when we asked the receptionist, he mentioned about the next door being an open area the smell can come inside the room. 2) Towels were never changed even after 2 days.3) Bedsheets never changed after 2 days4) Bathroom is tiny and they provide toiletries sachets. I went to the shop to buy toiletries 5) The curtains don’t close properly and had to held with pins and chair to block light.6) You are not provided with iron press.

    I suggest you be very careful when booking this hotel. My flight was delayed due to flight changes in Dubai. I asked them to move my arrival by one day. They wrote to me that it was against the terms. They didn't check, didn't try to be fair and check if they had a room available one night later, they just charged me without me arriving and that was it. So I just want to say that as someone who has been traveling the world for 50 years and has been to 67 countries, this is the first time I've encountered such a cynical hotel and such an ugly and unfair culture. I recommend travelers stay away from places with such bad behavior.

    We have stayed here a few times now. This Hotel is very well located, about 15 mins. walk from Termini station, just east of the main tourist attractions. It is also only a few blocks from wither Via Piave or Porta Pia/Mercato Nomentano, both make up a non-touristy neighborhood filled with good bars, restaurants and anything you could want. The employees have always been very kind, happy and helpful. There is a 4th floor kitchen with a coffee vending machine (.50) and a water and snacks vending machine (.60). The stovetop is disconnected but there is a microwave. This time, our room was very large and the shower had excellent hot water. I highly reccomend.

    This hotel exceeded expectations and honestly a little more than that compared to the cheap price. The room was a small size, but everything one would need. The furniture had a very beautiful authentic Italian style and we had a small terrace as well. The staff are nice and the room gets tightened up everyday of the stay. The location is close to three metro stations, which will quickly get you into the center. But there are also great spots the hotel. Overall, a nice experience!

    Room was tiny and AC did not work. Was only provided with a small fan that did not work at its fastest setting. Very underwhelming experience and would not stay here again if I came back to Rome. Would not recommend staying at this hotel to any family or friends. At least staff was friendly.
