  Like a traditional Italian apartment building

  We liked the fact it was like an Italian apartment rather than a hotel so it was in an old building. it was clean and rooms were well kept. We slept really well and though we were near a busy road we didn't hear it. Breakfast is a basic continental and enough to get you started for the day. Easy to access the centre and buses are nearby and easy to use - buy your tickets a few doors up. Local shop a few doors down so you can get things to have in your room. We would stay here again.

  Terrible expirience Check in at 3PM and check out at 10:30am. Even with such gap they don’t do any effort to get you checked in before. I have arrived at 8am with a kid and they didnt do any effort to make our check in earlier.

  Just spent a week here - Fantastic location, nice rooms and bathrooms, good breakfasts, would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Rome.Friendly management team, yes, reception not 24/7, but this isn't a fancy hotel, but spacious, comfortable rooms in a brilliant location

  Horrible- please don’t stay here!

  Horrible! Please do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. Owner is absolutely atrocious and immature and doesn’t know how to be in the hotel/ Airbnb industry. He was horrible to deal with after the ac didn’t work in our room. He transferred us to a new hotel after a hour conversation and telling us he “had no other rooms” and we could pay “$1000 to switch rooms.” He also said that the “ac was working fine” after 2 of his employees came up to check on it and they both said it was broken. The only thing we received for this inconvenience was a cab ride to the new property, which was further away from the original property to our plans the following day. Wish we never stayed here and do yourself a favor and DONT!

  Reasonable spot to stay in Rome

  The hotel is located in central Rome and easy to walk to most anything or grab other transportation. The host was very kind and helpful. The room appeared to be very clean and had all the basics. I noticed that our bedding actually had stains on the sheets and the blanket. I notified the host and she was very apologetic but it left us feeling a little uneasy.Breakfast is available and the AC system worked very well. With more attention to cleanliness, this is a reasonable place to stay in Rome. Easy to find, see the sites and stay cool in warm weather.
