Facility

Guests have a choice of 92 suites located in a 5-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     We stayed here for 3 nights. Would definitely recommend if you are going to Italy. Its nice and quiet as its not in the centre. The room and bathroom was nice, clean and spacious. We were able to drop our luggage off in the morning as come back in the evening for check in. After checking out in the morning we were also able to leave our luggage at reception and came back in the evening as we had an late evening flight. No problems at all. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful too. The breakfast is good with enough options. The shuttle to Laurentina station is very efficient and reliable. Received a response via Whatsapp from the hotel regarding pick up times within a few seconds.     So, the hotel is a little outside the city, but transport links are great. There is a shuttle to and from the metro station. You can also take the bus from the staion to the hotel from the metro and vice versa. (If that's your choice). Great breakfast. Great dinner. Would definitely reccomend.     During my visit to Rome, I chose to stay at the Warmth Hotel, and sincerely believe this is a great little hotel. The hotel has a van that picks you up and takes you at a moments notice to the Laurentina Metro train station, once you arrive at the lobby it is fresh and welcoming, the staff have a warm friendly vibe and the room and breakfast is great. I highly recommend this hotel!

    Nice and clean stay during our family road trip through Italy

    We stayed at Warmth Hotel in Rome for 2 nights as part of our family road trip through Italy and had a pleasant experience overall.The room was really nice and clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job – everything felt fresh and well-maintained.The breakfast was okay. Not bad, but nothing memorable. We’ve had much better breakfasts at far cheaper hotels. We used the hotel as a base for visiting the city, and while it took us about 30 minutes to drive to the centre of Rome, we realized in hindsight that it was a bit too far for us – especially with traffic and limited parking options in the city.Would we come back for this hotel? No.

    Stayed in this hotel 14-17Nov24Hotel - small quiet location. Not beBright. Not commercial within walking distances. Rooms : tiny but decent clean Breakfast: Pathetic Safety: very UNSAFE I lost my backpack at the hotel lobby - early morning 15Nov. Receptionist on duty told me that his phone was stolen from the front desk same day. Also several Chinese groups Checkin and overhead two ladies lost their handbags at the reception. Hotel Management- irresponsible, did not do anything, wrote to the management and GM “Francesco” several emails. No response nor avknowledgeable. Unable to claim insurance with their response. Comment: will you stay in this very unsafe hotel and irresponsible management attitude
