Location

This hotel is located on a quiet street in the city centre, just around the corner from Termini central train station. There are both metro and bus lines to all areas of the city nearby. The Coliseum and the Roman Forum are located around 15 minutes’ walk from the hotel. In the immediate vicinity guests will find bars, clubs, restaurants and shops. Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports are both around 35 km from the hotel.

Facility

29 rooms, including 4 single rooms and 7 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     We were at the Yes Hotel overnight but in that short time so impressed by every aspect from cleanliness, room standard, breakfast and such wonderful caring and professional assistance from the desk. Highly recommend this hotel.

    Great hotel, had everything we needed

    We stayed at the Yes Boutique Hotel for 3 nights as a family of 3. The room was adequately sized and spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided as well as a fridge that handily contained a bottle opener! Check in was smooth and we were given a friendly welcome by Giuseppe. The air con worked well (and was really appreciated in the 32’ May heatwave) and the water pressure in the shower was great. Breakfast was included in our booking and included a great selection, continental meats, cheeses, fruit, cereal, yogurt and pastries meant that there was something for everyone.The hotel is about a mile and a half from attractions such as the Trevi Fountain and a couple of minutes from the Termini station so very conveniently located to get around Rome.     We stayed at Yes Boutique Hotel for 4 nights 24th-28th May as a family with our two sons aged 20 and 17.After reading some negative comments about the Termini area I was a little apprehensive prior to our arrival but there was absolutely no need. The hotel is located a few streets away from the main station but we found this to be a huge positive using the metro every day to navigate the city. Every single member of staff that we dealt with at the hotel was friendly, polite and helpful if we needed any information.The hotel is spotless , our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. There is a hairdryer, soap and body wash in the room but I would recommend those with longer hair to take your own shampoo. We slept very well throughout our stay, the only sound we heard was from the church bells. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. The shower was always hot and had good pressure.The hotel does have a very small bar area and offers a limited selection of drinks but we only purchased water from there on arrival. There are two small shops around the corner where we picked up drinks and snacks for our room. Tea and coffee making facilities, along with a small fridge are provided. The large water bottles don’t fit in the fridge though!The room had a safe to store valuables, a TV with limited UK channels including BBC World news which was fine for us. We stayed room only so I can’t comment on the breakfast.
