Nice hotel near beach and Public Transport

The hotel's location was convenient with a nearby beach and easy access to public transportation like the train station and bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the lack of vegetarian breakfast options, beyond bread variations, was disappointing. The room itself was good-sized with a balcony. Overall, the hotel was average and suitable for budget travellers seeking affordable accommodations.

Don’t know how they have a 4 star rating, the superior room is anything but that, the wi-fi only works intermittently, the sky tv picture keeps breaking up, the bath is falling to bits, there is no tea or coffee in the rooms, one of the lifts has been out of order the whole time we have been here, it’s miles from the centre and the staff are not very helpful and to add insult to injury for 2 of the 3 nights we have been here we have been kept awake by a very loud noisy disco until the early hours. Please avoid this one, I wish I had.

...I don't really have much to add. The other 2/3 star reviews are on the money. I think this probably was a very nice hotel in the past, but now it's just run down. The staff were mostly pleasent, but that's it.Don't stay here if you're planning on strolling into the centre... It'll take you an hour!

We (2 couples) stayed here for 1 night at the end of April and overall it was good experience – kind and helpful staff, great rooms with incredible sea view, good breakfast, covered (not guarded) parking for motorcycles in the front of the hotel. Recommended for those who are travelling by car/motorcycle.Minus - slow service during breakfast time.
