This holiday village lies in a quiet area in Loano, approximately 900 m from the beach.

The holiday village has a lift and features 48 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Valuables can be stored securely and conveniently in the safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

The complex offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, basketball, crazy golf, golf and paddle tennis. For a fee, guests can also enjoy beach volleyball. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy sailing and diving. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, table tennis and billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, massage treatments and a solarium. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

    Pleasent stay for a short vacation with teens

    We stayed for 5 nights. Family with 2 teenage boys. The biggest plus is the outdoor area. A huge swimming pool that was never too crowded. Football and padel courts were a plus too. Walking to the city center takes 20 mins each way. The free shuttle bus service is super. The rooms are a bit worn out and some facilities like the EV charger in the garage were not working. But it's clean and the staff is friendly which is the most important. There were always something going at night and in the morning, which makes it a bit noisy. But hey - it's Italy.

    Very nice resort.

    This was our second time at this resort. It has very nice facilities with nice, large and functional rooms with at least one balcony. Very nice and helpful staff, clean and well maintained. Not too far from the city centre and with a convenient shuttle-bus to and from the beach. We will most likely return for a third time.

    The hotel seems very nice and the gray haired receptionist who checked us in was lovely…however be very very wary if you are booked into room 204 as we had an alarm going off all through the night. When we first entered the room at 6 pm, the alarm was going off we let them know. They apparently fixed it. At 2am the alarm started going off again. My husband went to reception and they switched everything off.. in the morning the alarm went off again consistently non-stop.. the only compensation we got was Garage coupon for one night. This did not help us having had no sleep all night. Terrible customer service!!!! no empathy or understanding.     We decided for this hotel spontaneously as we had to spend a night somewhere on our way to france. We were glad it was only one night. The hotel is really old and smelly. The standard it very low. Our roomSmelled ciragette smoke. Worst was the pool. Green, cloudy water. No chance to see the ground. Multiple people complained at the front desk bit they said everything was fine. We didnt dare to go swimming. Fun fact: the force you to buy a bathing cap for 3€ for hygienic reasons!!! Then we had to close it because of the hyperchloration and the sanification of the bottom and of the pool boards.     Will not come back for the same hotel

    In general, it is a slightly worn off hotel. Unfortunately, we got an apartment with a view to the parking basement although it seemed that the hotel was not full judging by the number of guests (this is only my impression. It may well be that it was full).Many things did not work such as the air condition.Management (not the whole reception) seemed grumpy and angry. The restaurant staff did the same and even acted rude.The worst part was the extra bed, which was a fold-out sofa, that was harmful to your back. It sloped down, was uneven and with a thin mattress where you could feel the springs. It should not be stated as a bed as you can’t sleep in a bed in a so bad condition.Additionally, there was no cleaning services included only if you payed a very high additional price.
