  Very poor infrastructure towards AC

  Room clean, but air conditioning NOT functioning. Currently 27degree in our room. Complained many times at reception. No person declared AC was not working on our arrival. Was offered another room, same condition applied, NO AC. Leading into summer shocking state of affairs. Reception staff, do their best but overall zero score. 2 star 🌟

  Nice hotel for short stays

  Stayed for one night while driving through Europe, room was clean, staff were friendly. Area is in a shopping centre with car park attached. Perfect for one night stay, can’t comment on area as we didn’t explore area. Area was very quiet at night, slept very well. No coffee making facilities in room, but just went down to local Mac Donald’s and bought a coffee.

  A disgrace! Do not go!

  We booked before, when we arrived they said they had no room but for this one handicap room 520 with 3 beds. We took it. The toilet did not work, run water all the time. The telephone in the room did not work, no AC because it's October and the hotel switched off all AC. When we went down to reception the girl said, the handyman will come tomorrow and there is no manager on duty! This place is a 20 euro taxi ride from the city with restaurants. No nice places to eat nearby. Also the restaurant in the hotel is empty and you have to pre book a meal! This place takes your money and then you find out how they operate.

  Pathetic hotel. We checked in today (11th July24) and despite our telling the staff at the reception repeatedly about the air conditioning not working in the room, they have not taken any action. Extremely rude staff specially the night desk staff who just refuses to cooperate. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

  We took this hotel because of the free parking and we had a rental.It looked basic at the pictures and well it looked ok so we decided to book it. But first of all. It’s a very pricey hotel for the rooms you get.The rooms is in dire need of renovations. It says it has AC but you can’t access it yourself and when you ask the reception to lower the temperature in the room they just ask the cleaning lady to open the window. Please don’t say on your website that you have AC when no one can use it this is misleading. They room had something blinking all night long, I can understand that they have alarms in case of fire but blinking all the time? Seriously? The toilet paper was like well I haven’t even seen this bad and cheap toilet paper even in budget hotels.The light in the bathroom started to flicker and it took like 2 days and we had to go to the reception and complain. We are maybe a bit fuzzy but due to my epilepsy I can’t handle when a light is starting to get broken. The cleaning lady was good though. She made our bed everyday and changed the towels so no complaints about her.The breakfast well we were down there just to grab cappuccino in the mornings and an automatic machine does not make good coffee. But I’ve read here somewhere when someone complaint about the machine that they could order cappuccino from the lady in the breakfast room.So I did after remembering that but No that cappuccino was even worse. I’m sorry but do you want some kind of comfort please don’t take this hotel. It’s expensive and you don’t get what you pay for.
