    We really enjoyed our stay at 10 Serpotta. The rooms were clean and the location was excellent. We walked over to the Marina several nights - and were a nice walk to old town. The breakfast was at the nearby Pizzeria Leone. Breakfast was light pastries and juice and coffee. Staff was excellent. The hotel has no staff on site but we were met to the door once we buzzed in, and once we got our keys we were OK. It helps to communicate with hotel prior to arriving and provide phone and email so they can contact you. They are available by phone or whatsapp. Wifi seemed to work well everyday. I was in the Accessible room only because it was all that was available. The room was fine but the bathroom was not as convenient. THe shower head was too low and the toilet was too high off the ground (feet dangled). The showers in the other rooms was far more awesome. This hotel is perfect for location and price and basic included breakfast. As long as you dont need an onsite staff it was fine.

    Had a fantastic stay for a short break to Palermo. The B&B is located in a good location on the edge of the old town and it’s a short walk to all the main tourist attractions. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Huge bathroom and an excellent shower made it a very nice experience. Floriana was an excellent host and answered all our questions, we would definitely visit here again if we return to Palermo.Highly recommended.

    Great hotel for what we needed. Clean and very friendly staff. The B&B was in a great location, everything was pretty much in walking distance. The man at the desk was very helpful and informative.     A 3 night stay in a spacious, clean and comfortable room(204). A warm and friendly meeting with useful information and local map was great. Bed large and comfortable, wardrobe safe excellent free WiFi and an amazing shower. A small balcony was a welcomed bonus and useful drying area for hand washing. Didn't use the basement whirlpool and sauna not time but a useful add on. Breakfast was simple and more than adequate eggs booked, scramble or poached with fresh coffee.     Highly recommend this hotel. Special mention to the staff who could not be more helpful.Clean quiet modern rooms with on site parking.
