    Such a beautiful experience staying in this hotel! I had the best nicest time here, the comfort is luxurious and comfortable, also, it was very easy to reach the city center and the breakfast was delicious!     First day at 55 Aira Hotel, and it's really cool, everyone is kind, The dining area is also very good, and the food looks great.     Well what can I say only stay away from this hotel it’s absolutely disgusting and dirty absolutely shocking left after a family meeting we had to try to get a different hotel bad start to our holiday this hotel should be taken down from this site and shut down if u already have it booked cancel it so bad and the sounding area as bad Aira Hotels, Proprietario at Hotel 55 Aira, responded to this review Good morning, we are sorry that the hotel service did not meet your expectations and we apologize for any issues you may have encountered.     September 14th 2025 should have been the start of a great get-together for 8 adults all family, we checked into 5 rooms, our 1st room a double was room 318 to which the key did NOT fit that door so moved to room 106 the wall behind the bed that had no headboard was destroyed half way up with mould and flaking paint the bed and pillows were NOT clean and the smell from the 'ensuite' was disgusting, another family room was smelly and cigarette ash and filth in and around the shower, 2 more single rooms were beyond habitable dead insects on the filthy floors and the last double room if it was properly maintained could have been lovely but uneven floorboards and strong sour stench was just too much, the manager moved 2 of our party to different rooms but they were absolutely no better so after a quick meeting with the family in one of the rooms it was decided in 30 seconds flat that we were out of there, we had to source alternative accommodation at very short notice but did manage to do so but it was a very stressful start to our holiday.My advice is do not stay there it's an absolute dump and if I could give it no stars I would, I cannot comment on the sleep quality because we left and I obviously cannot comment on the breakfast Aira Hotels, Proprietario at Hotel 55 Aira, responded to this review Good morning, we are sorry that the hotel service did not meet your expectations and we apologize for any issues you may have encountered.
