    Not worth the money paid for the room

    The pool area and garden is very nice. The room was with old and cheap furniture The way the place is run, is not suitable for a complex so expensive. You have to wait for breakfast to be served - some days 30 minutes. The food served is not delicious. You are not allowed to bring water or food into the complex. It is strictly forbidden.The prices at the poolbar are twice the price in lots of other places. Advice; make the breakfast a buffet instead Lower the prices at the poolbar to the level suitable for Sicilien. Offer free water and remove the strictly forbidden paper in the room

    What a great hotel and what a great experience! Thank you so much Ylenia, Mariëlla, Rosa and off course Pina!!! You made our holiday unforgetable!!!! We love to come back soon and go dancing at U’Pattiu together!!!The location is great, in the middle for nice daytrips to example Taormina, Etna, Siracusa, Giardina Naxos ( with great boulevard and lots of restaurants at 10 min drive), beachHotel is super! Calm, good rooms, clean and very personal! Breakfast is amazing, staff takes really care of you and they love what they do!     We were guests in this wonder for a week.Very clean and well looked after resort.Very kind staff always ready to take care of guests, it's just a shame that some rude Dutch customers disturbed the peace of a swimming pool which was nothing short of excellent.Well done, keep it up!.     I stayed at this lovely resort one week with my boyfriend, and what can I say, everything was perfect. From the moment we walked in, the whole atmosphere was absolutely amazing.Rosy and Massimo at the Reception are always smiling, available for every request you might need, always ready with advices. Ylenia, Pina and Mariella are always smiling too and ready to accomplish every requests in terms on food and drinks. By the way, the food is absolutely stunning.😋Pina from the rooms is impeccable. The rooms are lovely, very bright and with all the comforts you need during your holiday. The attention to the details is super.So I believe if everything is working perfectly the pleased is to be given as well to the Manager of the Hotel, which we had the pleasure to meet during our stay there. A very nice and charming man. You can see he is a proper gentleman. He suggested us few places where to have a nice aperitif in Taormina, and we absolutely loved them. At the end of our stay he even pleased us with a bottle of white wine to enjoy in our room, as we couldn’t bring home with us. Such a nice gesture from him.You can definitely see that the people are happy to work there, so I bet he is the best manager you could ever had. I worked in the same industry and I can say that if the employees are happy is because behind the scenes there is someone that makes them happy, and this why they show their happiness with the guests. Amazing choice of him doing that place as Adults Only. This is the reason why we chose it, as we wanted a very quiet place away from the crowd. Very well done to everyone, such a nice team and we will definitely be back next year.     Friendly people, beautiful resorts, but not for everyone. A lot of rooms don’t have the same vibe as shown in the pictures. Restaurant was closed. Electricity fell out, no one answered the phone. Airco didn’t work for a day, nobody from the management responded. It never feels like luxury but the service is friendly and the swimming pool is very nice. Absolutely a shame is the policy on the room (you can’t eat anything, if you do, you get threatened by the manager to charge you extra) which leaves a bad taste. This resort does have high potential. I’m sure the manager will response with putting the blame on me. That’s all he can. Don’t be surprised. Advice: change the manager.
