  Exellent place to stay

  Exellent location in Palermo's historic centre, right on the harbour; big, clean and comfortable rooms with modern furniture, very good wi-fi; nice and helpful staff; delicious breakfast with strong coffee and tasty croissants - really best place for stay!

  Can't understand how this place gets a decent rating. It was difficult to find as we could not believe we were in the right place. Very unprepossessing. Grubby street entrance, dodgy area. Only on one floor of a large building which seemed to contain storage facilities, flats and another b&b. We had a room overlooking the marina, but between us and the boats - a busy 6 lane highway. Very noisy and the curtains were so thin that they were useless. And why were they not sewn together, but hung in strips from the rail? Bathroom tired and shabby and in dire need of some attention. Staff fine; state of the place not their fault.

  short weekend in the south

  Spent weekend in palermo and chose this bb following trip advisor indication. In this trip location is imoortant and we hit the mark. Must say we werr a little scared when we arrived, the surrondings are not the best, strange people around when we arrived (highly recommend you arrive at night - its better). But staff was friendly and advised grrat location for lunch and dinner.

  Superb location, really helpful and friendly staff. We were delighted with every aspect of our stay in this typical Sicilian building with a view of the harbour. The staff were really accommodating. Via Victor Emmanuel is right in the heart of everything.

  Great B&B with new sound proof windows so is quiet at night beutiful view to the port. The staff is very helpful and give us a great indications to enjoy the City. Breakfast was very good and the place is so close to walk arround safe even at night.
