    Palermo was amazing! The architecture, the food, and of course, the people! Also we got the train to Cefalu. Lovely town on the coast.

    A great location, a very comfortable bed, helpful staff, gorgeous rooftop with vegan croissant for breakfast. The one downside was a product of the great location: it was noisy enough one of the nights that it gave us trouble sleeping. Maybe ask for a room not on the main street. Questo comporta il rischio di rumori esterni e per questo motivo tutte le nostre camere sono dotate di doppi infissi in vetro camera.     Nothing is extraordinary about this hotel until you go upstairs to the rooftop. Sweeping views of Palermo and nice bar and restaurant tip the scales to make this hotel more than acceptable. Rooms are clean but nothing special especially for the $350 plus per night I spent. Furthermore I was placed on first floor near the elevator shaft so I could hear everything. Luckily I only had to use the room for three hours as I had a 6am flight to catch. When back in Palermo I might give it another shot.

    The hotel was in a convenient location with an amazing roof top restaurant where we had dinner one night and they also serve breakfast. The views of the city were spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful and they even let us check in early, as we arrived from our overseas flight in the morning and were exhausted. The room was clean and comfortable and pretty quiet for a city hotel. The mattress was a bit firm for my old bones, but we were only there for 2 nights. Walkability to the old town, bars and restaurants was easy.

    A four star hotel with a shower size 60 x 60 cm - what a joke. A full grown person can hardly fit in. Our room was on level 5, still a lot of noise from the busy street all night. You have to carry your suitcase yourself up a set of stairs to reach the elevator from the reception area. No bell service or any other assistance offered. Breakfast only ok, we arrived at 10.00 (open until 10.30) and selection was very limited at that hour. Eggs are precooked and re-heated, i.e. green inside.Great location and fantastic view from the roof terrace.
