    Perfect palazzo - booked as 1 room for our family - it’s an apartment complete with 3. balconies overlooking lovely garden. Staff so friendly and relaxed. Great buffet. Breakfast with endless coffee top ups . 💚🙏

    Central location, easy to walk everywhere. Very quiet and cosy stay. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Our host Andrea ensured that we have everything we needed. Good breakfast and coffee ! Very friendly staff.

    Nice place but not the best neighborhood

    The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the train station just on the outskirts of the old town. The beginning of the walk into the old section of town was sketchy but once we passed the first few blocks it got better. The hotel is just down the street from the port and the big gardens which are definately worth the walk through. We were given the suite which meant we had separate rooms and shared a bath with a main door to keep the rest of the guests out. It was a quiet room as we didn’t hear any stree traffic. The service was good and the room and the hotel were kept clean. There was breakfast included with all the necessities except for eggs. It kept us going until lunch though so I can’t complain. The one drawback to the room would be the bathroom. It was desperately in need of some love: the room was outdated and the shower hose leaked enough to make it feel that the pressure was low. All in all it was a nice stay.

    This b&b was so quiet that you wouldn't believe you were on a busy road. It is central within walking distance of shops ,train and bus terminal ,markets and even the harbour. We'd booked Andrea, our host ,for transportation at a very reasonable price. He met us at the airport and drove us to Art Lincoln gave us a map and information on Palermo which proved most useful. Our suite was tastefully decorated typically Italian style which continued throughout the establishment and into the breakfast room . Breakfast was sufficient and we didn't need to eat until the evening. If we encountered any problems in the room then Andrea promptly was there to attend to them .He was a most charming and helpful host and we were happy to be driven back to the airport by him.If we visit Palermo in the future then we would book here again!

    Great location in the city, excellent access from the airport. Spacious room with a huge and comfortable bed, oasis of tranquility - garden, homely atmosphere, very friendly owners, excellent breakfast.
