    Begin your Sicilian adventure in Palermo. Accommodations are pristine, a peaceful sleep i recommend a room not facing street traffic. Friendly and helpful staff. Buongiorno , the curtain is pulled back to reveal a cozy breakfast area filled with tasty temptations.

    This hotel is at best a lower level Holiday Inn by US standards. Mold in bathroom, old comforter and bedding, inoperable A/C and room safe. Breakfast was included and OK. Staff with breakfast very nice. Very loud street noise, so make sure to get a back room. Location was walkable to sites. Not sure how it’s gotten a four-star rating. We checked mattress before sleeping there.

    So-so hotel. Quite small to move around in. Some staff were friendly while others not so much. Our room was sufficient for our family and clean enough. The breakfast area was uncomfortably congested, but offered a decent selection. The children would have loved more “American” breakfast options. Overall a fine stay and location.

    Sadly, we have found the team at the Artemisia Palace to be unprofessional. We had an issue with the accounting and Ricardo's response was "it's not my fault" so just be wary of doing business with this hotel.

    The hotel looks rundown and shabby. Cracked plaster walls, grout missing in bathroom. No room amenities except shampoo and soap. The men at the front desk were abrupt. The front desk offered little advice. Breakfast was OK, but nothing terrific. The breakfast room staff, however, were delightful. On the plus side, the bed was large and comfortable. The hotel is well located.
