Location

The hotel is located between the seaport and the Fiera del Mediterraneo Trade Fair, only 1 km from downtown Palermo. It can easily be reached via the shuttle service offered by the hotel. Mondello Beach is just a 15-minute drive away. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel and Gachery Station is only 300 m away.

Facility

The hotel has 16 junior suites, 2 suites, 27 single rooms and 283 double rooms, which are located on 13 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     The hotel reception and staff are very helpful, I will highlight Giuseppe that greeted us every morning with a smile and a friendly Bon Journo. Depending on your room it could be hit or mis.     Excellent Hotel at Palermo Value for your Money

    The Hotel has very well appointed RoomsWhich are very Hygienic ,I Found the staff very friendly at all customer touch points whether it is Front Desk or Restaurant I was pretty amazed to find the General Manger Mr Liga always on the Rounds to help any customer in need of any requirements, which is the first time experience for me . I met him on all the days of my stay in the Hotel always extending an helping hand to any need of any customer . Many General Manager of other star Rated Hotels can take a cue from him to understand how important a customer service should be.     Hotel is located in very dirty area, during hot summer bins are located nearby hotel and create bad smell. Hotel has great houskeeping, rooms are clean, but is not possible doing any hot drinks in the room. Also when I asked for iron..it was not possible.So definitely I will book different hotel for my next trip. Staff was friendly but not much helpful, they gave us not much details how to go on the beach..we have to find ourself bus number and location of the bus.     Stay away from this hotel at all costs. This hotel may be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The location is terrible, the staff are unhelpful, our room was the equivalent of a hostile, the mattress was awful, and the area streets and sidewalk was lined with garbage and pet sh#te.     On arrival Reception messed up our check in and we had to move after half unpacked.
