One of the best places to stay!

    rating16 Nov 2025

We absolutely loved and enjoyed this place! Run by a family, it offers self-made fresh food, staff is very friendly. Rooms are cosy and light. You can take a stroll around grounds and watch olive trees and citrus trees, bees, chicken and other birds, fish...Pool not available at winter time, but tennis court you can still use (november). At the reception you can buy their jams, oil to bring home. Interlude Management, Proprietario at Agriturismo Bergi, responded to this review Dear Guest,Reading your words truly makes us smile.Bergi is first of all a family story, rooted in this land for over forty years, and knowing that you felt that authenticity means a lot to us. From our homemade jams and organic olive oil to the fresh dishes prepared daily in our kitchen, everything comes from what we grow and produce with care.Even in November, when the pool rests and the land becomes quieter, the countryside has its own charm — olive trees, citrus groves, bees at work, chickens wandering freely… it’s a slower, more intimate Sicily. We’re glad you enjoyed exploring the grounds and that you brought a little piece of Bergi home with you.We hope to welcome you again — perhaps in spring, when the blossoms perfume the air and the landscape changes once more.Warm regards from all of us at Agriturismo Bergi

    Amazing peaceful stay

    rating02 Aug 2025

Amazing place, very relaxing with great mountain views. Can't recommend enough.Wonderful breakfast with lots of home grown/produced products, only slight complaint was there was very little change each day and it got a little predictable. Interlude Management, Proprietario at Agriturismo Bergi, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your kind words. We’re truly happy that you felt the relaxing atmosphere and enjoyed the mountain views — the Madonie have a quiet magic that we love to share. We’re also glad you appreciated our breakfast. Most of what you find on the table comes directly from our farm: homemade jams, almond cream, honey, olive oil, fresh bread and seasonal products. Our idea of breakfast is rooted in seasonality and authenticity rather than a large rotating buffet. That said, we understand your note about variety, especially for longer stays. It’s valuable feedback and something we continuously reflect on, always trying to balance freshness, sustainability and guest expectations. We hope to welcome you again — perhaps in another season, when the landscape (and some of the flavors) change with it.La Direzione

I will keep coming back to Bergi!

    rating09 Jun 2025

This was the fourth of fifth time I'd visited Agriturismo Bergi. I came with a large group before and, as it's an organic honey farm, we did the honey tasting which was inspiring. This is a genuinely family run business and everyone who works there is absolutely charming. There is a lovely pool - unusual for this location - and the rooms with balconies have gorgeous views over the olive groves and the hills, and you can hear the soft clanging of sheep and goat bells in the morning. Needless to say the honey is to die for! Thank you to everyone at Bergi, I will be back... Interlude Management, Proprietario at Agriturismo Bergi, responded to this review Dear Guest,Reading your words truly means a lot to us — especially knowing that this was your fourth or fifth visit. Guests like you become part of the Bergi story. We’re so happy that the honey tasting left a mark on you. Our organic honey farm is at the heart of everything we do, and sharing that world — the bees, the land, the work behind each jar — is something we’re deeply proud of.The sound of sheep and goat bells in the morning, the views over the olive groves, the quiet of the hills… this is the Madonie as we know and love it. Simple, authentic, alive.Thank you for recognising the family spirit behind Bergi. Every smile, every dish, every jar of honey comes from real hands and real care. We’ll be waiting for your next visit — and the honey will be ready

    Lunch in heaven!

    rating08 May 2025

We dropped in unannounced at lunchtime, hoping we might get a bite to eat. Agriturismo Bergi's team couldn't have been more welcoming. Within a short while we were enjoying a truly delicious meal, including blood orange juice to drink – everything grown there on the farm. Afterward we were invited to explore the estate. Beautiful, peaceful, rural surroundings, helpful and friendly staff, and nourishing food. An absolute treat! Interlude Management, Proprietario at Agriturismo Bergi, responded to this review Dear Guest,“Lunch in heaven” — what a beautiful way to describe your visit. Thank you.We love when guests arrive spontaneously, just following instinct and curiosity. That’s often when the most authentic experiences happen. Welcoming you, even without notice, is part of who we are — a family farm first, and a place of hospitality always. The blood orange juice, the vegetables, the olive oil… everything truly comes from our land or from producers we know personally. Sharing that connection between soil and table is what Bergi is all about. We’re especially glad you took time to explore the estate afterward. The land is not just a backdrop — it’s the heart of the experience. We hope one day you’ll return, perhaps for a longer stay… heaven tastes even better when you have more time

    Somewhat disappointing

    rating04 May 2025

The resort was almost empty yet we were given probably the only room with not view at all, only the bedroom window of the house in front. When I politely mentioned this afterwards I was told there was a view from the balcony around the corner. It was May, lovely sunshine and the pool was still closed even though it was full ( and bathing caps needed - why?). Food OK, nothing special, and nice rural location but staff not particularly helpful and somewhat grumpy. Shame as we heard good reports from others. Don’t accept Room 13! Interlude Management, Proprietario at Agriturismo Bergi, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the room, our property is a rural farmhouse with different room layouts and exposures; while some overlook the olive groves directly, others have partial or lateral views. We always try to accommodate specific preferences when communicated in advance, and we’re sorry if this was not clarified during your stay.Concerning the pool, opening dates depend on seasonal maintenance, weather conditions and safety regulations. Even if filled, the pool may not yet be operational. As for bathing caps, they are required by local health regulations in many Italian regions, especially for pools located within hospitality structures. We understand this may feel unusual for some international guests. We are also sorry if you perceived the team as not particularly helpful. That is certainly not the standard we aim for, and we will reflect on your feedback internally. We truly regret that your experience did not reflect the positive reports you had heard. Many guests appreciate the peaceful rural setting and the authenticity of our farm-based hospitality, and we hope one day you might consider giving us another opportunity to offer you a different experience.Kind regards,
