    I never imagined that Best Western was in Sicily nor that it would be situated with a great view of the sea, a good restaurant, helpful staff and decent sized rooms (for a European hotel). Best Western hotels could learn from their European properties.     Not a Best Western more Poor Western hotel....

    Used the hotel to attend a family wedding. Very disappointed in overhaul quality and or overhaul service, don't rely on photos on web site.Extremly difficult to access hotel and not suitable for disabledclients. Taxi needed to and from hotel to travel down town and expensive.seems to be used for wedding venue reception close by....On a positive, grounds and outside pool very well maintained. We have no transfer service inside the hotel, only a taxi driver we rely on for the service, then you can decide if his prices are good for you or if you want you can call somebody else.It is not difficult to access the hotel, we are set in a hill so you have to go up to reach the hall; you can do that by walk or by car directly to the very entrance; you would have known that by reading our description on the website.Kind regardsFabiana Bonforte

    Super comfortable hotel and extraordinary restaurant

    When you hear the name Best Western, it definitely doesn’t peak your senses for authentic Sicilian resort with an amazing restaurant option. However, this hotel was an incredibly pleasant surprise. We stayed here as a stopover for the drive from Catania to Taormina as we arrived fairly late and where just looking for a place to get some rest and a bite to eat. The hotel room was small but extremely comfortable with very helpful staff. However, what truly took the cake was the super restaurant, full of locals. I would definitely make a point to stay here again and eat here several times! The seafood was incredible, especially the cold seafood starter, the pasta was succulent and the pizza extraordinary.It is a short walk to the nearby town which is beautiful in itself, and if you happen to like motorcycles, there is a Ducati and a Harley Davidson dealer a few minutes’ walk away!     Great Hotel in Acireale

    We had a room overlooking the ocean and could not have been more pleased! The sunrise view every morning was amazing! Our room was immaculate and spacious... we had a junior suite. No complaints. It had an extra single bed, so it would have been a good family room, too. The bathroom was also spacious and had a whirlpool as well as bathrobes and slippers. The hotel itself is located beween a busy street in the front and train tracks behind it. When the windows were closed, we hardly noticed any noise. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. I am vegetarian and had no problems finding enough to eat. I really enjoyed the scrambled eggs, the fresh fruit, tomatoes and cucumber and Sicilian sweet specialties. And pizza. :) The view from the breakfast room was also towards the ocean. Was beautiful. The Aquadelferro restaurant in the hotel... I can really recommend it for dinner. I never had a better tasting pizza from any other Italian restaurant. The dough is soooooo delicious and I ate the "Il Tocco" as a vegetarian choice. Would I stay here again if I came back to this area of Sicily? Most definitely!     Room clean. Great staff and location. The swimming pool is nice and take drinks there was super relaxing because you could have also a great view to the sea. I liked also goe the hotel looked like because seemed more an house.
