    We stayed at the Boa Vista apartment the first week of July 2024. Overall the apartment is nice, spacious for couple living. Two disadvantages were the distance from the beach of San Vito lo Capo as it can be reached in 15 minutes on foot and the presence of a parking lot difficult to access.     Not worth the price

    We had to argue to get the room we booked with two double beds. The air-condition and wall underneath was moldy and therefore smelled really rotten. It was unusable. Management is careless. Right across is a big parking lot with 24h business and floodlight. Otherwise rooms itself, equipment was okay to good. But for this price all points me mentioned at the beginning are nogo.

    Quiet stay and beach access!

    Boa Vista was a gem! From the check in, secure parking and room accommodation, Marco was a great host. Our two bedroom unit was perfect with a large veranda. The room was was clean and the AC cool to relax in after a hot day in the sun. Our dog even enjoyed the stay thanks to the quiet location. The beach and main street were about a 15 minute walk however the peacefulness of this location made it well worth it.     Poorly equipped kitchen but very clean. Good location

    The apartments are a good 15mins walk from the main strip but are very clean and have crisp cool air conditioning. Our rooms were not ready even though we were late and I had asked for an early check in at 12pm. The views are great and it offers everything you need for a beach holiday.
