    I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a place to stay, you can book this hotel with 100% confidence. A special thanks to Elena, who took incredible care of us throughout our stay! She and the rest of the staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, making us feel at home from the very first moment. We stayed in an apartment that felt truly luxurious, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Every service provided was top-notch, and the pool area was fantastic and perfect for relaxing. On top of its great location, the hotel is incredibly affordable for the high quality you receive. It is rare to find a place where everything is a perfect 10/10, but this hotel managed to do it. We will definitely come back!

    We loved this hotel and will definitely come back next year! The room was clean, spacious, and very well decorated. But best of all was the service. Whenever we needed something, we wrote to Ms. Elena, and she helped us instantly. The staff took amazing care of us. Ms. Elena was so helpful with everything—they even picked us up when we arrived on the island and dropped us off when we left. Excellent service!

    I travel a lot with my family and this was the worst stay I have ever had. I stayed here because it was recommended by someone who was getting married on the island. He had never stayed there but it looked nice and there was a kitchen and swimming pool which is pretty essential for my family when travelling. We have no problem paying $500 a night for a nice room and good service. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel. There is no safe in the room and we had $2500 in our passport wallet that went missing after an evening out. I hid it under my close and the whole wallet was gone. Our passports them selves were somewhere else and therefore didn’t realize it until we were back in Trapani. We had a local friend call but they said they didn’t have it. Other reasons I would not stay there:1. They clean the room every third day (really?!?!) no beds made or fresh towels for 3 days?2. Their “continental breakfast” is a croissant and jam/butter with juice or coffee. My son has a gluten free diet so I had to run to the grocery store to spend 35€ so we can eat breakfast3. No coffee maker!4. As mentioned, no safe. 5. Staff is minimal and not helpful at all!7. No shade at pool area8. No pool towels Need I say more. Save your money and stay somehwere else. The rooms were nice but the horrible service and misleading information does not outweigh. My friends stayed at another hotel that was close to the beach.

The lack of communication, overcharging, lies, cleanliness of our room and the overall noise from the surrounding rooms is astounding beyond belief.We were overcharged for our stay by €338

    Lovely serviced apartment in a great location

    We stayed at Camaro Residence for 4 nights in July. We loved it! It's a spacious, stylish apartment that has a lounge/dining area with a kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom and a large balcony. It's not a hotel although they service your room every day and change bedding and towels every third day. We were also impressed that they took our temperature upon arrival. The location is great as it's about a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. There's also free parking. We'd definitely stay again!
