    Great Location for trip to Marsala

    Campsite clean with large level pitches. Shower and toilet facilities clean and plentiful. Owner helpful and very pleasant. Easy cycle to Marsala along the coast for most of the way. Large supermarket on main road prior to campsite. Swimming pool very clean with free sunbeds

    This campsite is very quiet, silent, clean place to spend your holidays in Sicily.The sanitaries are always clean and the pitches are comfortable and provide an excellent service.The owners are polite and will receive you personally and let you feel at home.Thy are also available anytime to give you helpful informations about the main touristic places in Western Sicily such as: Favignana, Marsala, the Lagoon of Stagnone, Mothia, salt ponds, Segesta, Erice and Selinunte.I recommed you to visit this lovely place surrounded by a lot of different mediterranean trees that will let you relax and enjoy the nature.I will return soon.I recommed you

    Pleasant week stay in June

    Just got back after spending a very pleasant week here. The bungalow is small but perfectly formed! The main bedroom had a comfortable double bed with storage either side. Mounted on the wall was a small flat screen TV that we used to watch some of the one love concert in Manchester, in Italian (which we don’t speak).The second bedroom had bunk beds and a pretty substantial wardrobe. We used this to store our luggage and motorcycle gear so a can’t say how good the beds were but they looked OK.There were plenty of plug sockets to recharge phone, cameras and kindles but none that we could find in the main bedroom, which wasn’t really a problem for us.The kitchen was small but well laid out and well equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker etc. As is usual with Italian campsites, there is no kettle so we brought our own camp kettle.There were louvre doors and shutters so ventilation was not a problem at all. There is also AC unit.There is no shop on site but there are many excellent supermarkets very close by.There is a vending machine that sells cold drinks, water and chocolate at very reasonable prices (1 euro for a can of soda and 60 cents for a bottle of water). There was also a coffee machine there but we didn’t use it.The camp site was very easy to find using the GPS co-ordinates from the web site and it is also well signposted.My pet hate is gravel roads as my motorcycle does not do well on them and although the entrance and the roads to the campsite is gravel, it is very well compacted and we had no problems.The pool was excellent and pleasant to swim in. As usual bathing caps are compulsory but we don’t mind that. There is also plenty of loungers around the poolside.Although there were quite a few motorhomes there and a few of the bungalows in use, the campsite was very quiet and peaceful. It is a small campsite so I cannot imagine it getting too rowdy even in July and August.We toured the area by motorcycle and found a lot to see, wine tasting, historic sites, etc.The staff were lovely and very helpful indeed. Anthony deserves a special mention as he was particularly helpful in organising a car to take us into Marsala so we could go wine tasting and then out for a meal.     Nice litte charming Camping area

    We stayed there 2,5 weeks during our kite trip in the west of sicily. From their you can drive to the spots Lo Stagnone, Capo Feto or Puzziteddu im 30min The area has a lot of schade, its very clean and the owners are very polite. More over they took very good care about there business. We also liked the nice pool.
