    Safe location, cafeteria type restaurant, cheap, cheap laundry facilities, well appointed newly furnished rooms. Part of this is college accommodation but that did not have any bearing on the stay. Thoroughly recommend.     Although this is supposed to be a student residence, it's better than some 4-star hotels I've been to. The rooms are new and clean. The furniture is very modern design.The breakfast is pretty good, there is wide selection on offer including both Italian style breakfast and "continental" breakfast.     Very Good Place to Stay in Palermo, Italy!

    The Hotel itself quite good! And the location is cool, very close to the Metro Station "Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans" and not very far from "Palermo Centrale". I enjoyed my stay and a recommended place to stay in Palermo! And the cost per night is reasonable.     Clean, simple and spacious

    I stayed for 4 nights during a work trip and appreciated the large, clean and simply furnished room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was relatively quiet. Breakfast was adequate and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient and close to the Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans station for the airport train. Downsides: yes the shower cubicle was tiny, but that was a minor inconvenience; my room overlooked the central courtyard and, despite the double glazing, for several nights I was woken or kept awake by young people chatting over beers in the courtyard until 1am. Ask for an outside room if you are a light sleeper.     Central location modern budget hotel

    Stayed for 3 nights during a tour of Sicily. The room was clean and modern with good facilities. The shower was very small, about 600mm x 600mm, so not very much room for an average adult. There was no safe in the room, nor at reception, I was informed the hotel was very secure so didn't need it! The issue I had was that the room keycard had the room number on it, which I found very strange and not secure.The breakfast area was clean and had a good range of cakes, croissants, ham & cheese etc although the coffee machine only worked about 50% of the time.There was no lounge or bar and no restaurant for evening meals, however it wasn't more than 10 minutes walk form a lively street with plenty of bars and restaurants.In all a good location for exploring Palermo.It is primarily used as student location for nearby university so there are many youngsters staying there.
