Location

The hotel is nestled in the Capo Peloro nature reserve in the north-western part of Sicily. It is situated between Ganzirri's 2 lakes, near the village of Torre Faro. It is 15 km from the centre of Messina. Catania - Fontanarossa Airport is 100 km away.

Facility

The resort has 34 junior suites and 64 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.     Bad Customer Experience at Hotel

    The service was quite poor : It rained one evening and our bath towels were on the balcony drying but got extremely wet from the rain.The next morning when I asked if I could have 2 dry towels as mine were wet, they refused and said they didn't have any to spare. Reminded me of the Seinfeld episode when Elaine wouldn't share her toilet paper. The person who refused to give me 2 bath towels in exchange for my dripping wet ones was the House Keeping Supervisor. For a 4 star hotel, their staff are pretty much in the 2 star category. I'd think before booking even though the photos look inviting.

    This hotel is average at best. Its 2 star hotel not four. Think tired rooms, old and worn out facilities. It looks closed from the outside because of the dirt, weeds and rubbish. The breakfast is bad for two reasons, 1. Most things were empty and we arrived at 7:05 and 2. What wasn't empty look old and didn't taste nice. If you set your sites on an average 2 star property you will not be disappointed, and let's face it for £68 for 2 of us you can't really complain. Enjoy your stay.

    Dissappointing 4 * without any atmosphere

    Stayed beginning of October, desolate place not much happening. Modern decor clean rooms, nice pool but overloaded with all inclusive guests so no a la carte restaurant and only option was an expensive 20 euro buffet in the evening but you needed running shoes to get a moderate meal. Breakfast no different. Seems the all inclusive dictates the type of service you will get. Pleasant staff at reception and very helpful. Beach nothing to write home about in fact don't bother it's a mess. Won't be going back to this back of beyond unless they move the hotel somewhere else!!!

    “ A Nightmare after a long drive”

    It could be a great time but the administration was not so good.They gave a little room to me and my wife and a big and spacious one to my friends for the same price. I was sad because I’ve made the booking for us. They also promise to fix the air conditioning as it was not working but did nothing. I had to sleep with a wet towel coz it was really hot and when I opened the varanda to cool down a bit, some mosquitos enter and made the night worse. Breakfast was good (average) and included on the price.

    Good day to all. We rested at this hotel in early August 2019. I will not write a lot of text. Rest was excellent, Sicily will remain in my memory forever. I liked the hotel itself. Nice rooms, tidy up in the rize every day. They were well fed, everything was included in us, and after dinner I rolled out like a ball. The hotel has an excellent team of animators who really plow in the morning to evening, well done. Opposite the restaurant, the hotel has a separate bar room where you can sit and dive into your thoughts with a cup of cocktail)Separately, I want to note the employee of the bar a girl named Veridiana. The embodiment of beauty, intelligence, professionalism. She will always tell and tell everything, she was always full-time sweet and smiling. I believe that such employees influence the overall impression of the hotel. In general I advise everyone, all good!
