    Set within a busy street it offers a few free parking spaces which we managed to secure after our trips out. Initially given room 101 but this smelt heavily of smoke , even though rooms non smoking. Reception did freely change us to room 106 which had a small Juliette style balcony overlooking the busy road but with the shutters and doors closed noise was minimal. Stayed on a half board basis, dinner was a separate menu of 3 appetisers, starters, mains of which you could decide which 2 to pick from , then a side dish if you had opted for a main , it was a selection of 2 sides plus 2 desserts. Green salad was literally just green iceberg lettuce! . Staff were helpful in assisting with translation. Breakfast buffet, usually scrambled egg , but once it had gone it didn't appear to get replenished, along with many sweet options , yogurts, fruit and freshly barista style coffee. If asking for a latte be aware you will only get hot milk!! Sadly the advertised panoramic roof top terrace wasn't opened , no mention of this in any correspondence or at the hotel which was a big disappointment especially as warm sunny weather during our stay .

    Horrible Hotel No Aircondition in June

    This hotel does not have any air condition . When I checked in on June 4 it was very hot here in Sicily . I went into our room and the air conditioner was on but blowing hot air . I went to the front desk and the clerk changed my room . She said that the ac takes time to get cold . About 5 hours later we came back to the room and the ac was not blowing cold air . I went back down to the front desk again and then they told me the air condition broke down and they called a company in Palermo and it was supposed to be fixed . I have been here six nights without ac this place is horrible . Three other couples were also complaining to them .They are Liars at this hotel . They told me to take it up with Expedia . I don’t recommend this hotel . There are much better places ! Stay away or you’ll be sorry .

    A very nice place to stay for visiting Segesta

    The Centrale is located about two blocks from the bus stop of the Palermo-Alcamo bus. When we arrived, we told the front desk person that we wanted to go to Segesta by taxi. She called a driver and arranged a ride for us that afternoon. At 60€ round trip, it seemed a bit expensive, but it was well worth it. The hotel is pleasantly decorated and our room was comfortable; breakfast was okay. We'd stay at the Centrale again.

    We were guests at the hotel for a total of five days in early October 2023. Greatly satisfied with pretty much everything to support our needs. The location near Piazza Ciullo is central to many cafes, restaurants and points of interest. The rooms are very modern and clean and everyone is extremely polite and helpful. A huge thank you to the three wonderful ladies at the reception desk namely Elisa, Valeria e Esmeralda.

    Hotel, staff, service, great, compassionate, kind,helpful. located (city‘s💛(histor.Alcamo) Hotel very clean, var of bfast, terrace view fr. atop, all superb.
