  The location, views of the ruins, garden area, parking, and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is a little dated but in a charming way.   Budget hotel pretending to be 4 star

  This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. I would say 2 star budget hotel. Room is basic. Cheap towels, no amenities , tiny shower. WiFi was not working as well as the TV. Also Direttore Colleverde Hotel, Direttore generale at Colleverde Park Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest,the review published does not accurately reflect what actually occurred.The room assigned was exactly the category that had been booked and was clearly described through the photos and specifications published on the booking portals. Every guest therefore has the opportunity to choose in advance the option that best suits their needs and budget, among more essential and affordable rooms and others that are larger, better equipped, and offer a higher level of comfort.For this reason, it is not fair to complain about a room that fully corresponds to the one actually booked, nor to ask for or expect a higher-category room under the same financial conditions as the smallest and least expensive option, while implying that otherwise a negative review would follow.The TV was working perfectly. The Wi-Fi, on the other hand, was affected by an external outage caused by roadworks that damaged the cables in the area, resulting in service disruption throughout the neighborhood. This issue had been clearly communicated at reception with a highly visible notice even before the room was assigned.What is most disappointing is seeing the work of people who every day serve guests with commitment, professionalism, and dedication being unfairly penalized through a review of this tone, simply because requests inconsistent with the booking made were not accommodated.

  The reception staff was very rude. The room was outdated and not properly cleaned. While the location is good, the facilities do not justify the cost. This can also affect the overall perception of the experience.Our property has welcomed a broad international clientele for many years, and the Chinese and Eastern market represents a very important segment for us. This experience has made us particularly aware of how linguistic and cultural differences can make mutual understanding more delicate.Courtesy, helpfulness, and the quality of the property remain the aspects most consistently recognized by our guests.For this reason, we believe that the observations contained in the review were influenced by a difficulty in understanding that arose during the stay, rather than fully reflecting the true nature of the experience we offer.
