    stupid personal/not Englisch knowledge/bad locations/no bus no train /expensive Taxi /fake news about outdoor pool /disgusting food specials breakfast/not real breakfast 🤬only Kaffee and croissants 😂😂/old hotel/Management 0👍aggressive personal at receptions 🤬🤬lazy room cleaner 👍

    Beautiful room but that s all. Terrible service and hotel is in the middle of nowhere so you need a car or a taxi to go out. I booked half board and the menu was very limited and the service was horrible. Waiters hardly know what they are doing and I waited 2 to 3 hours for my food to be served each day despite complaints. Sometimes I left without eating my second plate or dessert although it was paid for in advance. Terrible service….

    Terrible. Entered our room. No air conditioning. Went to front reception and was treated incredibly rudely and in a condescending way. She told us that everything was working fine regardless of what we were telling her and when we offered for her to come up to the room to see for herself, she quickly declined. So we spend the night in a hot room and unable to open the window due to mosquitos. We also had to step in a cockroach in the lobby. Would never stay here again and glad to be leaving tomorrow morning.

    Overall an interesting experience - a hotel of contrasts. Whilhe actual accomodation was acceptable that was about it for acceptability - though I didn't use either the Spa or the outside pool.On the downside, in the main, only the reception staff spoke English - almost no one else. Another guest could't make himself understood when trying to order a beer at the (poorly staffed / stocked) bar by Reception - which closed at 10:00pm! The only drinks (post dinner) were available in the restaurant.As for the restaurant - pretty appalling. Breakfats - on our first morning we were the second group in. There was virtually nothing left! Quite a wait for restocking & a number gave up waiting. Dinner - we played a game over main course - "what is it" On one evening the responses varied - "veal, chicken, turkey, pork" whilst I was srved beef. This with one (heavily oiled) vegetable. No other veg's, starch, or salad.The hotel certainly doesn't deserve its 4* rating - by experience.

    Lovely spacious hotel with rooms large enough for 3 people, large bathroom, cleanliness top, free outside enormous parking, gym adequate enough for a workout, there's an indoor pool and outdoor pool is set in a lovely atmosphere with palm trees all around. Pool towels are offered. Also towels are given for the gym. Had a small issue with the breakfast preparations which was perfectly settled the following morning. Receptionist on duty (7/9/24 around 4pm) was very helpful and understanding. Gluten free items were also offered.
