  Pictures do not show the apartment’s two sets of stairs between rooms.

  The apartment we rented had a bedroom with bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and outdoor terrace. Each room was nice but had to go up and down steep narrow winding metal stairs to get to each room. Two set of stairs! Could not bring luggage to bedroom. Each time I needed something I had to go up or down the stairs or two flights of stairs. Managment said there were pictures of stairs that I should have seen but I do not see any stairs in pictures. Beware!!! It is very tedious. Even though location was great I would not advise people to rent this apartment unless you want to climb two sets of narrow winding stairs.

  Apartment 1C is very small. For a price of 148€ per night, you can find a much better place in Catania. In April this year, I booked a B&B in Catania (5 min walk from Saint Agata Cathedral-B&B Sciara Larmisi) for less money and the apartment was twice the size with a balcony, big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine, bathroom on both floors and breakfast include (this apartment had non of this). I was expecting similar conditions here but instead got a smelly, half-size apartment with a tiny kitchen, an ugly view and a TV downstairs not working. The bedroom upstairs had no bathroom so to use a toilet at night you needed to walk downstairs a very steep stairs. Disappointed especially that I came with my elderly parents for their first visit to Sicily.

  Great apartment and great location!

  Very well equipped apartment and centrally located. Check in and referrals were all fantastic. Eramus was very helpful with his suggestions. Bed was very comfortable. Welcome package with water and wine. My only complaint was that the shower was very tiny but this was not enough for me not to recommend. All in all a very lovely place!

  Great place to stay in Catania!

  The communication was exceptional from the moment I booked with them. They booked a car service for me from the train station and checked me in around 10pm. I was staying in Catania for 3 nights and decided to extend to 4 nights. They were very helpful in booking a room for me at another one of their properties for the last night. They made the process seamless and delivered my luggage to the new apartment for me. Both apartments were charming, clean and had great locations. Walking distance to all the main sites and farmer's markets. I would highly recommend!

  Nice for a short stay

  We only stayed here, one night. For the night we stayed it was sufficient. The team were lovely and extremely helpful, taking our suitcases to their office for storage while we explored the city for the last few hours of our trip.
