  Excellent Location & Service – Just a Few minors Issues to improve

  We truly enjoyed our stay at Firriato Hospitality in Favignana. The location is ideal – close to the island’s main attractions but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The accommodation was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was evident throughout our stay. Most of all, the staff were exceptional – warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. There were no coffee capsules provided on arrival – a small touch that would have been greatly appreciated after a long journey and especially for the price of the appartment. (a bottle of water and a Charm prosecco small bottle was offered ;)).We also noticed an issue with the bike rental charges (rented directly from the structure connection through the staff) as we were billed for 4 full days instead of 3. ( we arrived at the accommodation on Wednesday afternoons and back on Saturday morning).Finally, while the kitchen was functional, it was missing some basic cleaning essentials (such as very small amount of dish soap, kitchen towels, appropriate cutting knife), which would have made self-catering easier.Overall, Firriato Hospitality offers a fantastic base for exploring Favignana, thanks to its excellent location, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding staff. With just a few small adjustments, it could easily become a perfect stay.

  Beautiful and quiet house

  We spent 3 days at the property and have an extremely positive opinion. The house is furnished in a modern style, with all the comforts that it can offer (induction cookers, air conditioning in all rooms, latest generation TV). The location is great, close to everything you need but isolated and quiet. The lady who welcomed us was very helpful both in picking us up from the port and in 'illustrate with a map the most beautiful places on the island, also sending via whatsapp some places to see.   A nightmare

  EXCELLENT. Resort is really clean, staff is superhelpful and really personal. Helps you with every questions or wish you have. Pool is clean, breakfast is nice but a bit small. Rooms are traditional sicilian and semi-luxurious. Gym facilities are brand new and really nice

  The place is nice and newly refurbished and stylish equipped. Unfortunately the view from the outside space faces the parking and not the sea, as showed on the webside, so we ended up going out for dinner every night, even though we would have preferred staying in.
